Whats your guys favorite sniffin salt? Im a fan of the Skull Shash Warrior Ethos and Formula 420 Extra Dank

Only used 1,a brand wes turned me on to..orange cap,i forgot the brand.mayb rhino something

I have the one from juji mufu
I think it’s called ahhhhh!
I don’t even have to open the bottle just sniff the bag it’s in lol

I'll generally hit it a couple times on my compound sets. But I also go to the gym in the morning and it helps wake a guy up at 430AM

And helps a guy who got KTFO to wake up too. Strong stuff. It’s way different than the snap the vial in the bag ammonia salts.
I know what they are, what they do, I’m curious how do they work?

They give your brain a blast of Adrenalin!!

Smelling salts (ammonia inhalants) are used in weightlifting to provide a sudden, intense burst of alertness and focus for maximum-effort lifts by irritating the nasal membranes and lungs, triggering an inhalation reflex. They cause an immediate adrenaline rush, increase heart rate, and raise blood pressure, which helps athletes overcome fatigue. [1, 2, 3]
Key Effects on Lifters:
  • Instant Mental Focus: The sharp, harsh odor breaks mental distraction, aiding concentration for complex or extreme lifts.
  • Increased Adrenaline: The irritant causes a "fight-or-flight" response, offering a temporary spike in mental arousal.
  • Higher Oxygen Intake: The respiratory reflex causes involuntary deep breathing, enhancing oxygen intake briefly.
  • Boosts Physical Readiness: Used to "break through" plateaus and psych up for maximum intensity lifts, particularly by powerlifters before a deadlift. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Important Safety Considerations:
  • Not a Strength Enhancer: They do not make muscles physically stronger; they only help maximize existing efforts.
  • Temporary Effects: The effect lasts only a few seconds to a minute.
  • Potential Risks: While widely used in sports, there is little evidence of long-term harm, but they can cause irritation, and should not be used as a replacement for medical care to treat injuries.
  • Precaution: Individuals with heart conditions should use caution, as they temporarily raise blood pressure and heart rate
  • What is your primary goal? (Max out on deadlifts, improve gym focus, etc.)
  • Do you have any pre-existing health conditions (e.g., heart issues, asthma)?
  • What is your training level? (Beginner, intermediate, advanced/powerlifter)
I can help determine if it fits

Never used any guess ive never made to level of needing something of that nature. I just grit and lift.

I double dog dare you to wiff that shit. Fits right in your pocket... Nose Torq is the best but they been out of stock for a little while,.

Sounds intense, it’d likely cause me an injury versus being a benefit tho 😂
Naaa.... Kinda the Tren like focus and it fades quick. Helps during a long grueling W/O too. def a rush.
