Saw a lot of review that it doesn’t do shit. But then again it’s Reddit. Everyone says everything doesn’t work… what do you guys say?
 
There is no clinical human dose. It’s all anecdotal bro science. In the mouse studies, they were given the equivalent of 400 mg a day.
 
Find a good source with injectable and run it at 1.5mg/day. If you’re going to “feel it” and like it, this is your best route. You’re going to get 100 different answers here. I loved it when I used it but stopped due to price. I have since found some cheaper sources and will use it again for my next cut.

I use Mike Arnold’s liquid SLU+cardarine blend @1mg/day and I’m really enjoying it and it’s benefited me greatly

But I do see a lot of people talking about taking higher doses mg tabs and feeling nothing at all

Seems like very weird compound in terms of how people respond. Very hit or miss apparently

Okay so hit or miss. Got it. Worth giving it a try. I’m gonna try and get my hands on in injectables..
Actually the mcg doses are too low, the bioavailability is low orally but the injections are more complicated than just add Bac water.

It does work but the kinks need to be worked out and the best dose and method.

This alone can be worth it, if it gives cardio/fatloss it’s just a bonus.

That’s the magic of exercise memetics like SLU and cardarine. It provides the metabolic and fat oxidation benefits of exercise.
 
Unless you are competing and trying to get an extra tiny little bit of fat loss it's not worth in the least. I can't tell you how many time guys want to run it and nothing or they are running 5 other fat loss compounds and assume it's working. "I feel it working." Sure, you do. When tracking metrics the evidence doesn't lie. Have used it with dozens of guys/girls w/ bloods and measuring everything. Save your money and buy more GH.

I think SLU is shit for fat loss when we have much more direct tools. I’ll agree there.

However when taking it alongside meals my post prandials are consistently improved with no other variables changed, my lipids are better, and Andrew Berry who I do respect as a coach has claimed to even see eGFR improvements among his clients. Just other aspects to consider 🤷‍♂️

And as far as worth it regarding financially, I’ll just say that if you’re buying it from a domestic research chem site… yeah save your $$$ and bump those IUs up lol 😂

It may be true. However, I've only noticed eGER improvement w/ SLU when implemented in a calorie deficit. As you know eGER and lipids generally improves as we lose weight regardless so it's a matter of "is it the SLU" or is it the "inherent weightless that comes along with it?

I honestly don't know and would love research on it, but from what I've seen blood work wise I can't assume it's the SLU.
 
Read a lot of mixed takes on SLU too honestly, it’s one of those compounds where real-world results seem to vary a ton depending on source purity and how it’s stacked. By itself, most users report it being pretty mild unless diet and cardio are dialed in. Definitely not a miracle fat burner, but not total BS either if you know what to expect. I’ve seen better outcomes when it’s part of a full peptide setup rather than solo.

It's absolutely legit, I tried it solo but yeah I was running it high dose, 2mgs a day aka 2000mcgs.
People mess up the dose on this often and its carried in a variety of dosages.

I have a product called power plant that is methylene blue, MOTS-C and slu=pp-332. LIke someone said, pricy but legit.
