20mg? Isn’t the dose like 500mcg? Maybe it doesn’t work when it over saturates?Snake oil. I took 20mg tabs 2x a day of legit SLU for weeks. Nothing.
Yeah I hear that. There is no clinical human dose. It’s all anecdotal bro science. In the mouse studies, they were given the equivalent of 400 mg a day.
Mind sharing the loveFind a good source with injectable and run it at 1.5mg/day. If you’re going to “feel it” and like it, this is your best route. You’re going to get 100 different answers here. I loved it when I used it but stopped due to price. I have since found some cheaper sources and will use it again for my next cut.

I was about to tag you hahaI’m a fan of it
Actually the mcg doses are too low, the bioavailability is low orally but the injections are more complicated than just add Bac water.Okay so hit or miss. Got it. Worth giving it a try. I’m gonna try and get my hands on in injectables..
What else do you do with the powder besides for bac water?Actually the mcg doses are too low, the bioavailability is low orally but the injections are more complicated than just add Bac water.
It does work but the kinks need to be worked out and the best dose and method.
This alone can be worth it, if it gives cardio/fatloss it’s just a bonus.aside from the SLU “cardio in a pill” aspect
The real effect is on bloodwork for me. GAMECHANGER for lipids. It keeps everything in check. On orals AST/ALT better than ever as well.
don’t even fully understand how… may be a true miracle compound.
Reta actually helps improve your panel. I’m gonna get a blood test in a monthThis alone can be worth it, if it gives cardio/fatloss it’s just a bonus.
80/20 Bac water to DMSO, I haven't done it but I will be soon enough. What else do you do with the powder besides for bac water?
You’re the best thanks!80/20 Bac water to DMSO, I haven't done it but I will be soon enough.
This guy has a pretty good explanation of how it is done.

That’s the magic of exercise memetics like SLU and cardarine. It provides the metabolic and fat oxidation benefits of exercise.aside from the SLU “cardio in a pill” aspect

I think SLU is shit for fat loss when we have much more direct tools. I’ll agree there.Unless you are competing and trying to get an extra tiny little bit of fat loss it's not worth in the least. I can't tell you how many time guys want to run it and nothing or they are running 5 other fat loss compounds and assume it's working. "I feel it working." Sure, you do. When tracking metrics the evidence doesn't lie. Have used it with dozens of guys/girls w/ bloods and measuring everything. Save your money and buy more GH.
Clen, Cardarine and if you want a decoupler that actually works DNP (which I AM NOT saying to run.

It may be true. However, I've only noticed eGER improvement w/ SLU when implemented in a calorie deficit. As you know eGER and lipids generally improves as we lose weight regardless so it's a matter of "is it the SLU" or is it the "inherent weightless that comes along with it?However when taking it alongside meals my post prandials are consistently improved with no other variables changed, my lipids are better, and Andrew Berry who I do respect as a coach has claimed to even see eGFR improvements among his clients. Just other aspects to consider![]()
Saw a lot of review that it doesn’t do shit. But then again it’s Reddit. Everyone says everything doesn’t work… what do you guys say?
Yes. Amazes me how people would rather spend money on peptides like SLU, MOT-C, etc when they can add multiple ius of GH which will give them a lot more results. Is GH really that good?
Is GH really that good?
Yes. GH should be the #1f non-AAS people useIs GH really that good?
