Damn what a day. Had my wife’s family reunion and then my family reunion all in the same day. Been going non stop since 5:30 this morning. Still got my butt in the gym even though I was dead by the time I got home. Pretty decent workout nothing special.
Lat pull down 3x12
Hammer curl 3x10
Bent over row 2x12-15
Seated dumbell curl 2x12
Chest supported row 3x10
Machine preacher curl 3x10

Really good workout. Had really good energy in gym today probably from getting a solid 9 hours of sleep last night lol either way I’ll take it. No pump pic tonight yall see me enough lol just know the pumpkin delts are popping.

Really good workout. Strength and energy through the roof tonight! Last weeks weight felt pretty light tonight so that’s a good sign! Chugging along. Gonna go home and make me up some ice creams to freeze and have tomorrow on my off day!
