Anyone that uses semaglutide-once it is reconstituted how do you store it and for how long?

The FDA info says refrigerate for 28days then toss (here)

Drugs.com says 56 days refrigerated or 28 days room temp then toss it (here)

I was following the recs of .25/week for 4 weeks then .5 for 4 weeks then 1 for 4 weeks But stupidly I got 5mg vials so after 2 months I’ll have only used 3mg of the 5mg in the vial and I wondered if anyone had experience using it after that time period?

My guess is it’s probably fine just loses some potency, I figure if it’s maybe it’s 85% as effective (prob higher than that) I’ll just dose slightly higher volumetrically to offset it.

Thoughts?

Think about how long those vials sit on a shelf before being sold. The rate that it degrades is way overhyped. As Phill said above keep it in the fridge and you should be fine.

The FDA is useless.

First of all Ive helped people dose since Jan 2020. I work w a doctor and we know more about Ozempic then anyone.
Notice I sell mode SEMA and have better feedback then any sponsor here?

Do you think that's random And maybe I got lucky?

Anyways store once refrigerated. When u draw it weekly, Allow.it to hit room temp. Then inject.

BAC water is only "sterile" when mixed for 28 days.

So long as u inject it subQ, you will be fine.. never use expired bac water for IM or IV injections.

This info is what clients pay me for.
