I listened to a few of Samir's podcasts....
Dude said he didn't run shit for gear.
I forget what he said his doses was but was "shocked" on what he
had to say about it.... something like 200mg test, 1 amp of Parabolan
and 200mg Permastril (Mast Prop) a week.

I love this look! I much prefer the look of the 70’s and 80’s bodybuilders when bodybuilding was considered a ‘Form of Art’, instead of getting bigger and bigger, and leaner and more dehydrated to the point of death, for some.
