I dunno man, dudes pretty chill.
Thanks for this. I had 3 Oreos last night and was mad at myself. I’m ok nowYeah insulin or not, 2L of milk, with 6 cups of cereal, a half gallon of chocolate milk, ramen, and 4 crispy cremes with a full glass of milk is a disgrace to everyone watching that thinks it's okay. And to all the guys who bulk properly with good nutrition. It's only popular because it's what people want to see to justify their shitty eating. I'm all for a balance diet, few Oreos or something here and there just to satisfy yourself, but after I watched that I was like wtf.
Right? This mop-top trend shit is almost worse than the man-bun shit.Seems like a nice kid but he’s so fuckin boring to listen to. Plus, I can smell his hair through my phone.
I believe it’s said that Ronnie only trained that heavy for the DVDs. The 800lb squat and shit. What fucked Ronnie was having an effed up back and continuing training. He didn’t train all reckless on a regular. He was also a power lifter before bodybuilding.Okay hold up. You said sams training is trash but then u put Ronnie up there. Ronnie out of all these guys has trashed his body the most with his reckless training.
I watched Ronnie Coleman: The King last night on Prime. It was sad to see him in that condition.I believe it’s said that Ronnie only trained that heavy for the DVDs. The 800lb squat and shit. In my personal opinion, regarding the topic of this thread I think Sam trains like your average meathead. Has no plan, builds his routine on the fly, the guy been seriously training what 2 years? Moves very heavy weight. Training heavy works, but it’ll get you injured eventually. Reason guys down the road change their approach to training, either because of injuries that limit them or because they learn and adapt with all the new training techniques and stuff it ain’t all DC anymore. Simply getting older and having beat up your joints to the max, something has to change down the line. If you’re young, with all the new info available, guys like Fouad on your corner etc, I’d train VERY differently, but what do I know.
I need to watch it. Yeah, it’s crazy to see him now compared to who he once was. At least he’s alive and aside from his back seems in good health. Yeah buddy!I watched Ronnie Coleman: The King last night on Prime. It was sad to see him in that condition.
He has almost a full spinal fusion. The major complications likely came from the screws breaking, and the subsequent surgery. When the hardware broke, there's no telling what kind of nerve, tissue, and joint damage happened. What fucked up Ronnie was his surgeon!! He fused all his discs or some shit
