IDK, everyone is on the phone in the gym taking pics or selfies, posing in the locker room mirrors. He had to be doing a little more?? But you’d think if he was filming he’d of at least given the front desk a heads up.
 
He's picking heavy things up and putting them down HARD!

Bet someone complained to the front desk about the jacked kid filming selfies and poses in the locker room. Typical Planet Fatness fashion!

There's people at my gym that record their lifts and yep it's annoying. On weekends it's pretty empty so that may be a good time for doing that.
 
Ugh this girl at my gym brings her stand with cellphone on it and preps every station. She looks like shit so I'm guessing it's like stage one of her journey in tiktok I dunno.
I want to report them but at the end of the thought...I dont give a shit enough

I’ve often filmed my lifts dialing in technique as I was coming up. I will still do it if I feel off n wanna check my shit.

I intentionally don’t record prs anymore. I dunno y but it’s become a thing and I like it.

Insta-hoe and selfie shit is lame.

I've done that as well and have a little tripod and clicker remote to control the recording. As just got a new phone I also got a magnetic back for it so I can stick the phone on a column or on a machine. Only when it's not crowded I'd do the lift recordings.

When I go to the PF near me I don't even bring the tripod
 
I find using a low tripod is nice as it's easier to keep my face out of the frame when filming, especially if I ever want to share these online.
 
This is a little odd topic, but social media has given women big heads.

I see 5's walking around like their shit don't stank. Then, the actual 7s and 8s making posts stating that they want a guy over 6 foot, must have a great job and a boat

Anyone else notice this trend?

Like girls calling guys "creeps" in videos for "staring" when it's a simple glance.

Girls acting like bitches when a guy attempts to help them pull weight off a rack they're struggling with when doing hip thrusts.

It's to the point it's gotten disgusting.

Thoughts? Am I getting old? Hahahhaa

For what? To have a bunch of dudes flexing and posing everywhere. Making social videos while doing no actual lifting but taking up every square foot in the gym so nothing is usable? Nah I will pass.

Some women I've seen put men to shame with the effort they bring. Straight savages. Also the visual stimulation is fantastic from the full array of Gym Shark and lulu clothing.
