Those interested in Rythm health for labs you will see the extent of their test attached. Now back to work on getting that E2 down and unfuck my other markers

Pretty sure you did. Your test levles are "Greater than 1460". Seems they don't report higher than that. Same with Free Test. Capped at 540 it seemsIf they are I haven’t hit them. Ill shoot them a message and see
Yeah, those LDL and Triglycerides too.Now back to work on getting that E2 down and unfuck my other markers![]()

Var would impact HDL more than LDL/Triglycerides. How much fat are you consuming a day and from what sources? Was just coming off a 4 week Var run so prob was the culprit. Now got to reup them gummies![]()

Great suggestion and I’d prob add hematocrit as well. The 79 a month is really 100 with fees so gonna have to do the math and see if it’s worth it compared to actual labs.I use rhythm labs as well since they seem to give you the most for the price and you can skip months without being charged. They do cap their Testosterone at 1460. Basically it just says >1460 but you have no idea how much greater. That being said, the solution I found was use rhythm monthly for the majority of my bloods but then anything additional I need I do ala cart through ultalabtests.com. You do it all online and then get an order for quest labs to go in person for the blood draw. I would do it all through ultra but once you add everything rhythm gives you it ends up more expensive.
For example, after two months of >1460 on rhythm health, I went an booked the male Testosterone labs only for $36.00. It says its only in the $20s but once you pay a lab fee its $36 but still not bad. I figure when starting a cycle and steady or making changes and upping a dose or changing brands I will need my actual test numbers but not every month so I go this route. If something else is needed because Im concerned about a marker rhythm doesn't provide, I can just go look for that test through ultra as needed.
Maybe others have a better way but I found this to work well and be cost effective and comprehensive so hopefully this will help some people on here.
