I purchased from them 14 days ago when they claimed the item was shipped domestically.

It's been 14 days now since they took my money .... Tracker is suspect af.... Heading North when I'm south....

Very disappointed. I paid extra for the domestic and here I am still getting jerked around....

Then they claimed they were going to reship my order and never did .....

Just to clarify a few details: your order was placed on September 25, and processing started the next business day. Like most operations, we don't ship over weekends, so it was shipped out on Monday, September 29.
It was sent domestically, and you can confirm that by checking your USPS tracking. The routing - going north, then heading south - is completely on USPS, something we unfortunately can't control.

Your full refund has already been issued, and you've received the transaction ID as confirmation.

Yeah bro, refunded. I just didn't want any more back-and-forth or headaches for a few days delay. It's all good, sometimes it's just easier to keep things clean and move on.
