First pin this morning at 4 am, bit nervous since not a fan of needles but went smooth. Easy to pull the test into the needle. Had a solid workout this morning hitting chest/tris with 15mins of cardio on the row machine as a warm up. Workout felt solid, ready to see the progression and how this helps out with energy.
