I tend to agree with you…..the whole sport is built on discipline. You should be ableYes. I usually don't prescribe something to a client I haven't had experience with so I tried it. Don't recommend for bodybuilders unless you seriously can't control your appetite in a massive calorie decrease like moving down a weight class. Didn't like the slower digestion as that's important for meal timing especially when dieting at a low bodyfat and carb cycling. Too many small sides that aren't worth it. If you're a bodybuilder and can't control your appetite for a show or cut, find something else to do.
I think it's great for gen pop who are obese and just don't have the fortitude to lose weight.
I’d advise against it, you’re making sick progress as it is. Don’t fuck with it. Actually had one of my guys use it as he literally couldn’t control his appetite and was wrecking his prep so he took it. Well it also took months for him to feel right afterwards. Of course Kurt is who you listen to…just my opinion.I tend to agree with you…..the whole sport is built on discipline. You should be able
To control that and deal with it but gen pop
Is a whole different story. Personally have not used but it has been interesting to follow Chase’s experiment with the compound
100 percent, he’s not a fan either. I wasn’t considering using it. I just like to see others who run intelligent experiments on themselves and share results.I’d advise against it, you’re making sick progress as it is. Don’t fuck with it. Wife ran it for many months and the results were nothing short of amazing. 1mg/week for a few weeks, then 2.5mg for for a while and then after a few months worked up to 5mg a week. Usually ran gw cardarine at 10-20mg a day with it for synergy. She would take 1mg of semaglutide about 3 days after the last retatrutide dose when she got further into the retatrutide cycle. Anavar 5 to 10mg a day was taken for 6 weeks on, 4 weeks off, to help keep muscle. Also doing her normal HRT injections, 15mg a week of test cyp. Sugar on top was 2iu of GH nightly.100 percent, he’s not a fan either. I wasn’t considering using it. I just like to see others who run intelligent experiments on themselves and share results.

Results? Down 95lbs weight over the course of a year with regular peloton cycling and some light weight lifting in the home gym. This is what I'd like to call the holy grail of body recomp. She's in her 40s and co-workers were all saying she looks like looks a decade younger, and she's back to wearing her clothes she had stored away from her early 20s.

She said she felt a lot more energetic on the retatrutide compared to the semaglutide. I guess reta increases your body temp a little bit, and was just tolerated better overall compared to previous sema only runs. I recall a few weeks she was running reta every 5 days or so when at the 2.5mg dose, and that was well received also. (read many reports like that online too). That’s amazing man. Great job![]()
Damn, need to get my wife on this, but she won't even let me do a little subQ injection of BPC for her shoulderWife ran it for many months and the results were nothing short of amazing. 1mg/week for a few weeks, then 2.5mg for for a while and then after a few months worked up to 5mg a week. FWIW, she was extremely adverse to needles and I'd never thought she'd get there, but now she is doing her own subqs to stomach, and she has me pin the oils to her delts. Once she read about all the celebrities doing those "anti aging protocols" and such, and explaining the long term health benefits, she came around.Damn, need to get my wife on this, but she won't even let me do a little subQ injection of BPC for her shoulder
