Now trying to eliminate the stubborn fat and help with food noise.if you're just starting to cut, which your opening line states, you don't really need either. I didn't use either until like 3 months into my cut and dropped around 30lbs in that time.
You have successfully dropped 30lbs and have just a little more to go. Just continue doing what you are doing. I don't know why people want to always add compounds when things are already working. Fat is fat and will come off whether we call it stubborn or not. Regarding food noise I'm assuming you are still carrying a descent amount of fat left so calories can't be brutally low at this point. Hunger signaling is actually good marker to assess from week to week. Reta will obviously mask it, but when you hit your 15lbs goal, you going to come off Reta? Possible sides from reta? All great advice given here, but for that much to lose, why not the old ECA stack? Cheap, but effective if you are consistent with diet and cardio. You’re already on trt ,so that should help with preserving muscle, just another option.Looking to start cutting. Needing to drop another 15-20#. Reta or GH be best help lose the last few lbs?
