Reta could do ruined my life

SB Labs
Myself, my brother and my gf have been running reta for around 6 months now with no negative side effects. I think it is a wonder drug personally and would recommend it to most people from our combined experiences. I'm not struggling with motivation so I'm quite interested to read these experiences and see what happens down the line.

Also I noticed with the slower digestive my waist does seem a little wider which isn't good for nothing ethier
Noticed this regularly when guys/girls were cutting down especially after using in a non-cut situation with larger food bolus sitting in the stomach for longer periods of time in turn extending the waist.

Been using RT 0.5-1mg/wk for a few months now alongside Test/HCG/HGH and honestly I feel amazing, like better than I ever did in my 20s no joke. Anhedonia is definitely real though and having dealt with depression and motivation issues earlier in life I know what a horrible slog it is. Don't prioritize anything over your metal health, there are plenty of ways to keep your body fat % down without wrecking your mind in the process. It's more expensive but try 2iu HGH every day instead.

Im 42 and had stopped going to the gym for about 4 years. Im experienced with gear and was also on TRT for a couple years before I stopped going to the gym. I let myself get kinda fat. Got up to 240ish fluffy.
I started back with TRT and added tirz the beginning of December and then switched to reta then tirz/reta stack about 2 months later. I started back at the gym 3-4 days a week in Dec also. I dropped to 182 while rebuilding muscle since then. Never went above 3mg on tirz and never above 2mg on reta. I added some other AAS compounds in here and there since then.

I have lost all motivation in the last 1.5 months for everything. I don't care about eating right, dont care about the gym, dont care about my job. Its crazy. I dont want to do shit. Barely make it through the work day and come home and just want to sit on the couch. I cut everything out except Test P @ 30mg daily, 6iu GH split 2 morning 4 pre bed, and 1.5mg reta/2tirz weekly in the past month or so.
Ive now decided to stop the glps hoping I can get over this shit.
All that being said, I do believe its the glps cause this, because I've never felt like this before. Even when I let myself become a fat slob for a few years!

Thanks for posting this out in the open and to those backing it up, this transparency is refreshing and very helpful. Low dose here, and even then, over time, I can see that it could easily head this way. Can confirm that friends taking it who are high performers are noticing it way more than low performers. Just a low metabolic dose for me, but been on coming close to a year and as I said, I could see it easily going down a path that I wouldn't want. From someone that always wrestles with the depression demon and it's party it brings, it's certainly scary and cause for concern. From my friends, it's something that goes off the rails right quick, top of the world one day and then couple days nothingness.

I’ve been feeling this way for about a month now, and reading you articulate exactly what I’m going through hits home. I’ve been dieting since January 1st and am down just over 60 lbs. I started Reta about 2 months into my fat loss journey, and at first it was a game changer for controlling hunger signaling from years of eating like an asshole. You can very clearly see the point when I added the Reta on the graph in MyFitnessPal. But the past month and a half or so I started feeling like it has been holding me back. Sure my weight was still going down, but so was my desire to actually live life. It’s been nearly impossible to get my ass in the gym consistently or hell to even do much other than sit on the couch when I get home from work. So yeah, I think I’m done with it.

My wife is on Reta and starting to see these sides as well.
Will start seeing/hearing of more dead relationships and couples breaking up as even more millions dive in the coming years. I watched and saw this happen to loved ones taking SSRI's very similar experience for many massive blunting of emotions, lower dopamine levels, too high of serotonin levels (sero syndrom) it's all very real and very sad and very scary. Tip of the iceberg. Good luck to you brother. (meant to add happened to me too in only 90 days of a quick run / test of reta leaned out, shredded fat like never before post 45 years old, but fuck I did not care about anything other than the gym and food 1mg twice a week only).

Reading the thread, I see some of you strictly using for cholesterol/lipids. You can mainly control this with proper diet, training and cardio especially if you are lean. It's rare (unless genetic issue) to see someone having the above dialed, lean and need something to control HDL/LDL/Triglycerides. And I've seen probably a few hundred if not more blood panels with guys on reta and off. The difference in cholesterol/lipids are present in some but not glaring. Also, there are so many factors that affect your bloods, just saying it's Reta that is contributing over a period of time needs to be viewed with what else you are doing. Are you losing weight during that time? Doing more cardio? Change in diet? Better bloods are inherent in factors such as the above.

Not judging those of you doing. You do whatever the f you want and more power to you, but to take something like Reta at this stage of not knowing mid to long term sides while seeing short term sides popping up more and more, it's something to think about.

If it works for you, carry on.

I just recently developed bleeding ulcers while on Reta at 1mg/wk. was in the hospital for two days then they had to put me asleep go down and do endoscopy. They took eight biopsies out of my stomach and duodenum. The gastroenterologist thought it could’ve been cancer, had to wait two weeks for the test results to come back benign. He thinks the most probable cause is the Reta. I had several lesions/ulcers.

I'm on 6mg of reta and have Anhedonia from it....but I kinda like it. I have simplified by life to the basic necessities which equates to a lot less stress and more saving money. I was huge into cars, motorcycles, video games, guns, etc. I sold most of my project cars, all but one motorcycle, and have no desire to play video games unless it's a huge release AAA game. I spend most all of time time at the gym and with my family now, while still enjoying what I have left in terms of toys. I'm able to appreciate what I have more and enjoy it instead of having to constantly worry about it. I don't spend as much time and money on my hobbies anymore and it has helped my relationship with my wife. I spend more time with my son and started him working out because he likes what he sees in me. It's all about perspective.

Appreciate this, good call out. Reta has been a huge help in helping me process carbs, even at such a low dose. Anything else is just (hopefully) a bonus.

I've been running Tirz and Reta for over a year. I'm a former type 2 so it helps keep my blood work etc in check. Also former alcoholic and these compounds helped me stop drinking from cans as well. After I stopped drinking years ago I would still have the can to mouth addiction substituted of Diet cokes or whatever. That may sound stupid but it bothered me because it was a constant reminder of my alcohol abuse. The Reta and Tirz removed that. Only real side effect I have had is increased HR of about 8bpm which I don't physically notice. These drugs are still new so it's interesting to see how it effects everyone differently. Hasn't given me depression and I was on antidepressants for 30 years and came off them the same time as starting these compounds. Fingers crossed I don't go backwards.

Reta can depress you
For me. It made me emotionally dead. Nothing gives pleasure.
Made me a machine
I took my meals
No cravings for cheating
Super focused on goal
Quit drinking and partying
On the other hand
I didn't give two shit about people around me who were toxic. I was like fuck you and fuck you and specially you. I cut off toxic people which i had been meaning to for the longest time but i was just too nice not to.
Reta never curbed my appetite but i loved this side

Glad I read some of these posts.

Never using that Reta. I see problems with it. And not worth the risk.

Thank you to those posting the negative sides.
This post isn't a good metric to judge reta by. For these few people that get certain sides, there's thousands that don't and have great success using it. It's also important to titrate up slowly and only use what you need. Some folks can easily have no sides with 2-4mg and excellent results. I did and most everyone I know taking it has and the benefits have outweighed the cons. I learned how to manage high doses and love it.

I'm definitely not emotionally dead, but it did help make me super focused on my current cut, made it really easy to eat foods I need to eat while avoiding the foods I shouldn't be eating.

You really love it? Bc of the weight loss?

I am interested in this compound for that purpose too but I can’t afford to become despondent etc.

And certainly nervous about physical sides that could fuck me up.

I know it’s risk vs rewards.

Thx bro

Try tirzepitide instead if you haven't, it's super effective for weight loss too and it's cheaper.

Yes....I LOVE it and cannot say it enough. Not only the weight loss, there's many other benefits to it. I will probably run it for the rest of my life with varying protocols - a low maintenance dose for health phases and bulking, moderate/high dose during cutting. I was type 2 diabetic and had to be extremely careful with my carb intake. My energy was kinda low in the gym and it was hard to put size on. Now, I can carb load 😁to do some My current meal plan includes cream of rice or rice for every meal, my fasting glucose level is in the mid-high in 80's and A1C is 5.3. Reta also acts on glucagon receptors for better energy expenditure and metabolism. You don't get lethargic from a modest calorie deficit. Insulin management becomes optimized. My lipid panel improved. I'm just skimming the surface and I encourage you to do some research on additional benefits. Becoming despondent is a non issue for 99% of users but should you start feeling that way, you can always back down in dosage. Trial dosage starts at 2mg and goes up to I think 12mg. Start at 1mg for a couple of weeks to assess your individual response. If you want to be extra careful, titrate up .5mg to 1.5mg. An issue some folks might is that they go up too high and too fast and it may overwhelm them. You have to stay hydrated too. I could keep on talking about it all day but maybe this has given you a little better insight.

If you want to reach out privately and discuss it further I would be happy to go over any questions you may have and go over protocol, sides, etc. It's been an invaluable tool for me and am happy to share my thoughts and experiences to help others. Shoot me a dm if needed 💪

I've lost all drive in all areas of my life sex life hit gym hit meal prep hit I just want to sleep or just do nothing at all
Like any other drug my friend this stuff have side effects that are different for everyone. Some have great success with zero issue while other get hit hard with sides. Only solution is that when you identify the drug is causing unwanted issues is to stop and recover. I always say this thing of ours is not a cookie cutter. Some go through nightmares with Tren while others see great results. Get of the Reta and see if things get back to normal. Best of luck my friend and be safe.
