Reds vs greens powder

Both are good, but for health and bodybuilding, balance is key. Veggies give you vitamins, minerals, and fiber, while fruits like prunes give quick energy and antioxidants. Just keep more veggies than fruits since fruits have more sugar. You are doing great including both.

You are overanalyzing. Get your veggies in multiple time a day, vary them up and you're fine. Replacing this veggie with that or vice versa is insignificant.

I eat a ton of fruit I seen John Jewett talk about it I'm not big on my vegetables
Me either... I use EVL nutritions Super Greens.
Even though I eat upwards of 5 cups of green beans I still feel the
need to get in other types of veggies.
I eat plenty of fruit so the reds I don't need.

Both matter honestly veggies for micros and fiber, fruits for quick energy and recovery. Balance is key 🍎🥦 you’re already on the right track including both!

I et a wide range of veggies red/green/yellow to get varied sources of micronutrients. There are various types of vitamin A, E etc. Not just one kind. That way i can recover better and rarely get sick. As being sick can slow down progress. But if i was going to go with a processed food source i would very that as well.

Both are good for you, but veggies are a bit better for overall health. Still, keep eating fruits too — a mix of both works best.

I agree with others, use both even if you do them different times per day. I believe some companies sell a powder mixture but you should just check the amounts compared to just a strictly green or red supp.
