Hi all,
I just wanted to share my most recent blood work results. I’m 40 years old, 5'10", hovering between 190–195 lbs, with approximately 14-15% body fat (still a work in progress). I’m sharing these results as I have before, since I received a lot of great feedback and tips last time.

My current dosage is 150mg of Test Cyp (200mg/mL) per week, split into three pins EOD (0.25mL each) instead of two pins per week at 0.375 mL. I’ve been considering adding HCG—I didn’t think the shrinkage would bother me mentally, but here we are. My wife and I aren't planning to have kids, but I’m unsure if it’s worth adding HCG just for that reason (shrinkage) or if I should ride it out.

Results from May and June are in this thread:

You can always add HCG during your cycle, not after. This will just help with keeping the signaling in chit chat up and alive, for when you do decide to come off.
Just keep an eye on your estrogen with it, because for some people it can spike through the roof.
So you're going to have to learn how to make your adjustments in either direction with the dosages, and it will be very wise to have ancillaries on hand, such as a fast act in front line blocker such as tamoxifen, for immediate action if you start to get any estro related side effects in the glandular duct tissue. If that's the route you go, don't go throwing a boatload of AIs on it, if you're estro spikes, the levels will go down and balance out, when you make your adjustments with the dosages, or if you back off completely.

Thanks, Vision. I’ll keep that in mind. I haven’t decided on the HCG just yet, but I’ve read that it’s important to watch estrogen levels. I do have some AI on hand and will continue monitoring E levels while on test for now.

You both provided a lot of feedback and suggestions on my blood work earlier in the year, and I just wanted to see what your thoughts are on the most recent results. As for the HCG, I think I am going to hold off. I appreciate y'all! 💪🏼

Was going to comment on creatinine and kidney health but just looked in the last thread and saw it was nice and in range a few months ago so won't bother :) Most likely from training hard near your bloodtest.

1450ng/dl is a really good repsonse to 150mg of cyp a week. Regarding HCG if you aren't planning on coming off anytime in the near future (which seems to be the case if you are 40 and kids aren't in the equation) I wouldn't bother, as it will make dialing your estrogen in more complicated and I strongly believe in TRT you should really avoid taking an AI if at all possible because those drugs have their own side effects which can be not great. As Rich Piana said, women love it when your dick hangs lower than your balls.
