What up fellas...

Ill try to keep this short. Its regarding GW-501516. Im going to run test-e 500/week with anavar here in a month or so and just curious if I could run GW for the next month to shed some body fat before I cycle? Is a month enough time to see some decent results? Ive done my research on it and know my endurance will shoot up and ill probably burn 500cals when im just sitting here too, im in a caloric def and eating right, working out and doing alot of cardio right now. Also can GW be used at the end of a cycle? not as pct of course but to help with the fatigue and keep ya going when your doing pct?

Thanks for any advise/feedback

not even in one hour of intense workout you burn 500 calories

I run GW pretty much year around and its just phenomenal.
You will not burn 500 calories just sitting down. Not sure where you read or heard that. Now as far as length of cycle GW helps with endurance. I do one hour of cardio 7 days a week. When I am off GW I find it harder, but still manage. So if you are looking for a magical fat burner this is not it. It will give you a ton on endurance so you can put in the work to lose the weight. Hope this helps.

The average Male burns around 1600 calories a day just sitting around.. it's called your BMR. Steroids increase your BMR. GW-50 is supposed to increase workout capacity and insulin sensitivity. So.. higher metabolic rate, harder workouts, and food going directly into the muscles. I dont know if that would equate to "burning 500 more calories just sitting around", but I dont think that's too far off.

I've ran gw a few times. I like it. Sometimes I feel like I'm going into cardiac arrest after a set of heavy squats or something because my cardiovascular endurance is quite poor. But gw always helped tremendously with this. Good for your lipids too.

Gw is great, gave me a shitload of endurance although i didn’t see much more from 20mg then i did with 10mg but i noticed the endurance within a week for sure idk about it burning 500 extra cals some people say that but its a lot easier to burn more without being wiped out.

Yea I watched Greg D's vid on it and says its alot safer than clen or t3, ive seen a few vids on it and every one of them say how amazing it is. But I do here it can make you want to go alot harder than you normally would which could lead to injury, cus your body might not be able to handle what your mind is telling you to do! Thanks for the feedback, appreciate it!

heres the vid

Gw for pct worked great for me just putting that out there. Still used clomid, provi, and nolva. Really didn’t notice to much of a difference besides loosing 10 lbs coming off gear and still working like crazy. But hella cut up. Like on some X-men wolverine type shit frfr

Love it. Run it from start to finish during cycle. I don’t run it off cycle but it’s a staple on cycle. I consider it a ancillary to a cycle, same as proviron, low dose cialis and AI’s. By that I mean it’s a cycle support drug. Not to say it doesn’t have a place off cycle but it’s very synergistic with AAS
