Most of us have some level of fatty liver. If you have issues with that.
That sucks... mine is as healthy as can be.Most of us have some level of fatty liver.
By "us" are you referring to a bodybuilder or the avg person? Most of us have some level of fatty liver.
Yes, lol. Maybe those of us as bodybuilders who are very disciplined are doing well, but I think that a large number of us still have some amount of fatty liver.By "us" are you referring to a bodybuilder or the avg person?
The majority of long term Bodybuilders do this.Yes, lol. Maybe those of us as bodybuilders who are very disciplined are doing well, but I think that a large number of us still have some amount of fatty liver.
Bloodwork doesn’t tell the whole story and without imaging, which most of us have not probably paid for, we don’t know the extent. I think a lot of us, even bodybuilders, would be probably be surprised if we got imaging done. I remember Chase had that down a while back and had a fairly good amount of fatty liver he wasn’t expecting.
Chase Irons is a .00001 outlier because he's a fucking idiot.Yes, lol. Maybe those of us as bodybuilders who are very disciplined are doing well, but I think that a large number of us still have some amount of fatty liver.

Just out of curiosity are you basing this from having seen diagnostic imaging or inferring from bloodwork and other indicators?Chase Irons is a .00001 outlier because he's a fucking idiot.
I will agree that the "avg" overweight and alcohol consuming person tends to have some levels of fatty liver. On the flip side it's not common to see a serious bodybuilder with it, especially non open guys. Personal experience over the years and just my opinion.
Have seen plenty of diagnostic imaging and using bloodwork with anecdote. I'm NOT an expert for sure but have seen a lot of data and spoken with many specialists as I did a lot of work with substance abuse/obesity clinics as a coaching/nutrition consultant. Many builders get the imaging done now as well.Just out of curiosity are you basing this from having seen diagnostic imaging or inferring from bloodwork and other indicators?
That’s awesome, I would love to do consulting like that some day. Working on a BS in Nutrition and really enjoying it.Have seen plenty of diagnostic imaging and using bloodwork with anecdote. Recommendation: Get into coaching and/or diet programming for clients ASAP. Don't even charge at first. You will learn 10x more of real-world nutrition than the bullshit they teach in school. Most nutritionist I'm forced to deal with are using shit from 2 decades ago. That’s awesome, I would love to do consulting like that some day. Working on a BS in Nutrition and really enjoying it.
I'm sure you know your shit within the bodybuilder culture.Great recommendation, got a few guys at work that just want some lifestyle health so I’m offering to work with them for free for experience and they’re good dudes.Recommendation: Get into coaching and/or diet programming for clients ASAP. Awesome field to get into man. Happy for you. Sucks you have to work for free at first, but before you know you have people contacting you left and right from referrals. Just be good at what you do.Great recommendation, got a few guys at work that just want some lifestyle health so I’m offering to work with them for free for experience and they’re good dudes.
It’s pretty obvious in the classes I’m taking that the athletes and bodybuilders are way ahead of the curve lol

You are all over the place. You say you want to be visibly more cut, have possible thyroid issues and you want to run a 20-week Deca cycle? You are already 30lbs over 180lbs which you said was your last cut.
You are not putting on 10lbs of muscle.
Get blood work done if you haven't already and make sure thyroid is good to go before cycling again. Not sure if you are self-prescribing the medication or not but regardless make sure you are within range.
Actually, a lot of people who come off it and try to go back on. Don’t see as good results. It’s pretty well documented in the trials. No idea but at some point you can eat through the glp1 so I imagine it's to retain tolerance.
For me when I used them I liked tirz Sunday and sema Thursday small dose.
That worked best for me due to triz half life of 4 days roughly and allowed me to stay on smaller dosages for longer.

Maybe she got lucky but you can look it up. It’s a known thing. I’m sure it doesn’t happen for everyone, but it definitely happens more than it doesn’t.Wdym
