Not sure where else to put this but wanted to get some opinions.
I was lookin at some videos from a few weeks ago of me doing hack squats and noticed a weird V in my left quad. I always felt like my legs were “shaped” differently but now I’m wondering if I somehow tore my quad when I was younger without realizing it. Or is this what a quad is supposed to look like from the side cuz my right leg looks nothing like this.
