Get Shredded!
Welcome to the thread,
This thread will feature exercise educational posts and food for thought, with a grounding in actual exercise science.

A few additional thoughts:
Stimulus: Some stimuli are more physiologically disruptive than others, and therefore require more recovery. Example, a stiff leg deadlift vs a leg curl, which do you think you can recover from faster? Keep this in mind!
*
Larger muscles require more recovery than smaller muscles.
*
Most--MOST--conditioned individuals can recover within 72 hours, or less if the stimuli was not too great.
*
This is the entire basis of how people are able to train 2,3,4, and more times a week and make progress.
*
Try it yourself, map a workout. Pay attention to recovery. Once you are no longer "sore" introduce a stimulus again to the muscle.
*
This will allow you to train a muscle more frequently, recover, and grow!
*

I saw someone had mentioned you having monster legs before you were hospitalized so I’m very curious to see these wheels back to full size!

Remember the goal in an exercise is to stimulate, not annihilate. The body only has so many resources for recovery and the mark of a good coach is fine tuning your workload to work toward optimizing adaptions--though those adaptions may differ: strength, speed, size, etc.
*
Anyone can work you into the ground, being "sore" is NOT the goal. Growing bigger, faster, stronger is..
*
Evaluate the red dotted line vs the blue line to picture the point. The red dotted line is showing excessive training which utilizes all of the bodies resources for recovery leaving nothing for adaption and supercompensation. This is to be avoided. Again, stimulate don't annihilate.
*
Given limited resources we want to fine tune, which may require several sessions, workout session workloads to ensure that we are actually making progress in our
performance, thus adaptions are occurring. Workload may need to be shifted up, or down, depending on circumstances.
*
Things to keep in mind when it comes to recovery and adaption:
Diet
Sleep
Nutrition
Supplementation
Genetics
Stress
ALL play a role, among many many other things.
Happy training :)

Good day fellas! I'm really thankful for the article about "PSL - Exercise Education Thread" that you posted here, as it's the best forum for me as I like to read something here. But I would like to say a few words about studying! I needed to write an essay about modern literature and I did not have much time. I think that this www.advancedwriters.com/custom-letter.html website is so easy to use and very useful especially for learner like me who have a very tense timetable. Great service and the highest quality.

* I work as a professional and go to school part-time. Due to my hectic schedule, balancing work and school is a challenge for me frequently. I recently needed to prepare an essay for my management class but I lacked the time. I then made the decision to assist with nursing writing services . The essay I was given was excellent and well-organized. I was able to concentrate on my work and save time as a result.

I fully agree with the opinion that personal writing services can help solve a lot of learning problems. Whether it's for essays, research papers, or any other kind of written assignments, having a personal writers on hand can make a huge difference in one's educational journey.
