I work my way up from 20mcg. Gone as high as 140 before...beware. I handle clen and stimulants really well.
Everyone has their own individual response to clen. To me, its THE tried and true contest fat burner. Every BBer in the world has used it and it works. Does NOT need to be cycled off. Lots of old info on clen still on the internet.

I would definitely suggest starting at 20mcg.
