Just looking for some feedback on Clem. How affective is it at cutting and is it ok to use with my normal cycle? Thanks, Brothers.
 
I personally wasn't a fan of running Clen, probably would only consider running it again for a contest prep. (and only if the coach says to 😂)
This.

Clen is great for when you are at a low bodyfat and trying to shed that last bit of fat. If you are above 10% just diet, train and do cardio.

Even funnier is that they call “bologna” (or as us Americans call “baloney”) in South Africa “paloney”.

This makes me laugh because when I asked a “coach” what he had his “body fitness” competitor (female) on here before a show, the first drug out of his mouth was “trembolona”.
I guess I made a shocked reaction because he quickly held up a finger pronouncing “ONLY ONE! Only one!”
 
Tren and Clen. It works, but the sides. I remember being so cracked out doing so much cardio and being my leanest ever.
 
It will increase your basal metabolic rate by a few hundred calories a day. So when BF and energy levels are getting low it can definitely help with getting off the last few lbs.

If you are dead set on using it save it for the end of your fat loss phase.

It doesn't need to be cycled on and off while you run it either.

Everyone has their own individual response to clen. To me, its THE tried and true contest fat burner. Every BBer in the world has used it and it works. Does NOT need to be cycled off. Lots of old info on clen still on the internet.

what’s the ideal starting point for someone who’s never used it?
 
I’ve never used Clen before and I am running it now.

Started at 40mcg daily, taking it AM fasted. Cardio in the AM and don’t eat for 2 hours.
I am now on 60mcg daily. Same method.
I personally have chosen to do the fasted 2 hour thing. This wasn’t told to do by my coach.

It doesn’t really give me negatives like most people say. But to be completely honest I haven’t experienced any negative effects from any AAS. Just acne increase.

Do not take what I say as advice. I am a fat ass compared to most of these guys. Thanks to my coach my diet and everything about my routine, workout schedule, to supplements were all built by him.

I would never run any oral AAS without him. It wasn’t even a consideration before. But I trust him and so far I am getting great results in my opinion. But I am still very new to these forums and to AAS.

Just sharing my experience. A lot of these guys know what they are talking about all BS aside.

20-40mcg
Step up by 20-40mcg each time.

Max out usually ballpark your weight in kg to mcg (80-120mcg)

Usually 3-4 days between step ups, do the same on the way back down.

It does increase your heart rate so I'd highly suggest tracking it and staying on top of it.

Don't take before bed or it can interfere with sleep.
 
40mcg is too much to start. You can get very uncomfortable on one of those old school 40mcg pills back in the day.
I would definitely suggest starting at 20mcg.
Of course, I would really suggest not using that shit at all as a casual Gym Joe. So incredibly unnecessary.

Except if you get fucked from tren, then it is a loooong ride out of it.
Good thing clean and T3 are very short. I see guys start with 25mcg of T3. That makes me feel like I am going to spontaneously combust. It takes a very long time to get up to a whole pill.
 
I have run Clen alot over the years and i personally love it,i always make sure to take Taurine daily if not 2x per day though to avoid cramping which i do get without Taurine. I do get the clen shakes but they dont bother me,others will disagree. I would recommend starting low to see how your body tolerates it and work your way up,you do not want to start to high and find out its not for you cause you will feel like shit until it clears your system.
 
My RHR on clen hovered around 100bpm, so I had to run nebivolol with it. Only ran it once but actually had good success getting from 12% bf to 10% on it. I don’t think it makes sense if you have significant weight loss needs. A glp1 seems more practical, but squeezing out the last few bf% it seemed to shine.
