I use to pin my debts and have no idea what happened but they are both a no go now. The next day after is awful. Doesn't change even with a different carrier or supplier. I have tried again over the years and still sucks. It starts in my delts and slowly moves down my arm to my biceps.
Try Prop with a different carrier oil. I couldn't tolerate MCT based Prop after only a couple weeks. I switched to cotton seed and no PIP or inflammation.
Agree that a deeper pin will prob help. I think sometimes with a shallow pin you get a little fascial spread and its irritating.
Also if youre doing eod, try going to ed with half the dose
Sometimes prop just stings a bit. I know for me personally front delts are gonna hurt more than lateral or rear delts, glutes no pip, and quads I wont even pin prop in.
