Step 1 take a scoop of powder out of the bag and put in the capsule
Step 2 weigh the capsule
Step 3 close the capsule
Step 4 swallow the capsule

Ive literally made hundreds of thousands of capsules by hand

Huh… I thought the dose was so small per capsule/tablet that you’d have trouble measuring that little accurately (10mg is a pretty small amount). Unless the powder is a lower concentration and maybe has inert filler? Never made a capsule either, so my mind went to liquid, which is much easier to dilute into a low concentration than measure a hundred grains of salt for each capsule. But I’m just imagining all this as I’ve never bought raws to make capsules - or anything else. Just done lab stuff in the past so was going off that general experience and google to get an idea of how it might work
