So I’ve added a few things to my daily supps just to give me a little extra during my workouts. Just the basics, L Citrulline, beta alanine, taurine, vegetable glycerin (not sure how I feel about it just yet though). I have a bottle of TMG powder though. I’ve read at higher dosages it can fuck with LDL but anyone have any opinions on it?
IIRC there were studies showing benefits to strength and endurance but curious how that translates in “real life” since it always seems like there’s a study showing something’s great for the 20-40 participants but falls flat when it goes mainstream so to speak.
