Problem logging into site?

For the past week I have been having a accessing ASF. Have tried using a proxy and a VPN and neither worked. Every once in awhile I can log in for 5 minutes then it stops working. Anyone else having this problem or any idea why?

It's an absolute disaster. I'm changing VPNs every 5 minutes. It works then the site blocks that VPN

I downloaded the Opera browser which has a free VPN built in. It is working for me right now.

I have not found anything comparable to ASF. I love this site. I have learned so much from this site. This is the first time I am having this problem so just wondering what happened or changed?

Yeah, def annoying. Noticed it about a week and a half ago. Have to change VPN sites just to load the page. Thought it had been resolved earlier this week but guess not.

Guys no offense but I've said it 500x this far.

Get a VPN and try diff ones. It can take 3-4 tries to get in..the issue is we need ultra security here.

So it's something we have to live with. Some days it takes me 4-5 times to log in.

That's the price we pay for this place.

That or we have it where u log in every day simply and then the feds search your PMs and see your messages and see the sources locations.

Everything here is encrypted and off shore guys.

I look at it this way. I don't have to pay to be here is #1. So when I log in and 3 or 4 thread clicks later I have to switch locations on my VPN, so what. Kinda hard to bitch about free. But that's just me. I love this place and that minor of an inconvenience is not going to deter me.

Thanks for the clarification. I just never had this problem before. You are definitely right though this place is worth having to switch VPNs or whatever I have to do. This past week when I couldn't log on and had not figured out the VPN trick. I was looking around at other forums and quite frankly they suck. ASF is the goat!

VPN itself isn't bad, it's just any IP on a VPN works for 2-3 refreshes then is blocked.

That's what it does to me so I just keep it open and switch locations real quick. Problem solved.

I downloaded the Opera browser which has a VPN built in. I usually have to switch it about 2-3 times between Europe, Americas, and optimal location, then I will find one that allows me to stay logged in for awhile. Right now I have been online for an hour without having to switch.
