do any fellow bbs out that has an inside scoop on how much gear pro boduilders take? Also, how much they really eat? Some of those pro bbs diet seems questionable. I am not new to the using gear and diet, just curious on how much gear and food they eat...
 
I don't think we'll ever know. You have the not as much as you think side and the more than you could imagine side.

I say push your limits and see what you can take if that's what interest you. And keep in mind if you're not on slin and GH you're missing 2 pieces of the puzzle.
 
I've seen guys on other forums who are under 200lbs push 2g's of test plus other stuff! Do they look any different, nope! More isn't necessarily always better. You have to remember, a lot of these guys have been doing this for many many years, adding solid muscle as the years go by. May it be 5lbs or 15lbs of quality muscle, it takes dedication. Plus these guys have surrounded themselves with professionals in every aspect of the sport...

You have to remember, a lot of these guys have been doing this for many many years, adding solid muscle as the years go by. May it be 5lbs or 15lbs of quality muscle, it takes dedication. Plus these guys have surrounded themselves with professionals in every aspect of the sport...
^^ this plus insane amounts of food ample rest and zero stress. Those things and the fact that the 2g of test they take is actually 2 full grams of high quality gear. And real hg growth.

There's your answer. I'd move the dosages higher, and obviously including HGH, slin, etc. Not to mention training is their full time job.

He's totally right. One of my best friend is a pro bodybuilder. And I mean a real pro, not someone who did a competition once. Anyway, I was lucky enough to meet him years ago and got to see the stages of progression he's gone through. You'd be blown away by what some of these guys are really taking and eating but allot of them are monitored 24/7 by diet coaches, gear coaches and the whole nine yards. to give you an idea of what he was on for a bulking cycle. He was on hgh, slin, igf, t3, test 2+g/week 1200mg deca/week, and 250mg of drol/ed. but he would tell me all the time how he would get sick of eating, literally get sick. Also a few times when he went into hypo and his girlfriend called me at night crying thinking he was dead. Being a pro bb looks all glamorous in the stage light but all the shit they have to go though on the side, only a few can handle. Diet, getting jabbed 7times a day eating till you can't eat anymore and then mustering up the energy to get into the gym twice a day is a hard thing to do. I honestly couldn't handle it. But most of what you see when it comes to pro diets are right on point. When there on the amount of gear there on, there coaches literally make diet changes weekly and can monitor there process throughout.
 
Very interesting! I'm not sure we will ever know their exact regiments, but it's fun to consider the possibilities.
 
Well I heard from other boards saying Dorian Yates used to cruise on 2g of test + grams of many other compounds including 150+ mg of dbol each day when he was bulking.
At a seminar Dorian was interviewed about his training and steroid use. According to him at his peak (140kg bodyweight) he took 1000mg testosterone, either 500mg of deca-durabolin OR eq weekly and 50mg dbol ED. Not sure if I believe that, but then again, why would he lie? Oh, and 8 iu's of GH ED
