Following. I’ve never really ran it before, but am on week three of it now. Seeing how it performs in a calorie deficit. Pinning the 200 mg/ml and it makes my ass more sore than I ever thought possible. Like can’t hardly cross my legs in the sitting position sore. But I hear how great it is at preserving muscle in a deficit, so I’m gonna run it for 16 weeks regardless of the feedback. Only way to know is to try it, right?
