Anybody else get intestinal discomfort when they use pw regardless or their morning meal? Tried letting it digest then hitting it hard but my gym stays crowded (hate that) and I keep getting the shits and then having to use gym air freshener but I think the ladies prob hate me for blowing it up, but idk if it's the creatine mono or what cause I got no prob with the beta alanine or nothing like that I actually like the tingle. Tried cutting out dairy, oily foods.. Nothing seems to work. Anybody try a preworkout that caused less of this?
