Anybody else get intestinal discomfort when they use pw regardless or their morning meal? Tried letting it digest then hitting it hard but my gym stays crowded (hate that) and I keep getting the shits and then having to use gym air freshener but I think the ladies prob hate me for blowing it up, but idk if it's the creatine mono or what cause I got no prob with the beta alanine or nothing like that I actually like the tingle. Tried cutting out dairy, oily foods.. Nothing seems to work. Anybody try a preworkout that caused less of this?

I have this same issue. Maybe someone can elaborate on this. I don't think it's the caffeine.
 
You didn't say what your pre workout is. You are lifting early in the am? What are you eating before you workout? Need some more info. in my opinion.
 
I take a hellfire 40min before gym - right after I wKe up. I'm on shitter 16min later. Every time.

Oatmeal, wheat bread, turkey, provolone, grainy cereal.. Yeah early morning or early afternoon. From most to least problems out of the bunch of pw's I've used: grenade, mr Hyde, hemo-rage, 1MR, assault, c4, Dr Jekyll.. Grenade I may have just used too much idk.and of course anything heavy or greasy like pasta or sausage destroys me especially if I'm forced to go in the evening after dinner. Got a log coming up on some White Vein Borneo thanks to heavy so it will be exciting to see if this will be my new favorite preworkout. I have a good feeling about this one.

True Nutrition's Ndure is legit, but I train on an empty stomach, so I don't have these issues.
 
Coffee, cocaine, pwo, tren base.. it's all the same for me, not 30 seconds after dosing it is time for a major dump. Try a stimulant free pwo and see if that helps.
 
I've tried several well-recommended (so far as my research could tell) PWOs like White Flood, Superpump Max, a few others... they ALL give me the shits.

I don't develop a tolerance to it either. They're just sitting on a shelf now, unused in close to two years... eventually I'll toss em. It's not the caffeine or creatine -- I supplement those in large doses without problems. BCAAs fine too. So, no idea what the cause is.

Same thing happens to me. Not really much of a problem though, I train first thing in the morning so it's part of my routine. Drink pwo, shit then go to the gym.
