Pre- workouts

I drink coffee almost all day when I am at work. I need to start pulling back some. Shit is becoming a bad habit.
Its why I don't drink it.... it becomes a habit, and when I have a habit
it usually turns into addiction...:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
 
My problem with any of the PWO powders was the fact that I could never drink it within the timeframe fast enough to get what their intended to do and then I’d be burning up and itching all over.

I buy Total War and Ryse RTD PWO bottles, but I still only get through half a bottle before workout in drive to gym and then either sip on rest during workout, or just throw back in bag and drink my Gatorade during workout.

There’s a guy at my gym that drinks a half gallon of Simply OJ during every workout. One expensive way IMO to get your carbs in during a workout, but whatever works.
 
I gave up on pre-workout powders and settled on getting a really fancy espresso machine to make basically coffee oil. I then add some yohimbine. If I really want to amp things up, spike it with clen. You hit the gym ready to roll.
 
I’ve tried a few brands a few times . That fucking face and forehead itch ended it for me . Everytime I tried it !!
 
I haven't used a pre workout or pump product consistently in a few years.

Used Panda Pump Sauce some this last year and it wasnt bad. Also tried their Pre-Workout called 1st blood.

I have a hard time finding a stim pre that doesn't make me a little jittery and crash after.

Maybe find one that doesn't have beta-a or maybe just a low amount. That is most likely causing the jitters
