My problem with any of the PWO powders was the fact that I could never drink it within the timeframe fast enough to get what their intended to do and then I’d be burning up and itching all over.
I buy Total War and Ryse RTD PWO bottles, but I still only get through half a bottle before workout in drive to gym and then either sip on rest during workout, or just throw back in bag and drink my Gatorade during workout.
There’s a guy at my gym that drinks a half gallon of Simply OJ during every workout. One expensive way IMO to get your carbs in during a workout, but whatever works.
