After reading through a few of these pwo threads I'm wondering how much money I could make on powdered acetone and rocket fuel? And caffeine of course.

I'd like to say that Core Nutritionals Pump Non-Stim Cherry Berry is phenomenal, tastes like candy and the glycerol was beautiful to pump my shoulders on OH press day.

But.. I will never use it on a run ever again. My calves are pumped 1 hour later. -__-

Most common pwos are mostly the same.

Cheap synthetic caffiene that dehydrates you
Some aminos
Creatine
Artificial sweetener

They put $1 worth of cheap garbage and sell it for $30-50

They have an effect, but overall its just a caffiene bomb and the dry-scooping shit is KILLING your hydration.

How much sea salt in how much water
I only take what I listed due to training fasted. Otherwise, my diet is plenty. Try not to put much time into focusing on the minutia of how much sea salt, Citrulline, water, etc someone takes for a pre workout. Just step back and look at the big picture of nailing and optimizing your diet as that is 99.5% of results.

For sure, I’m just curious as to how people are making a cleaner version of pwo. It seems like everything you buy nowadays is bullshit
 
Looks like I found the best preworkout on another board. Injectable with a per ml concentration of:

TestBase(30mg)/TrenBase(30mg)/Superdrol(10mg)/Halo(10mg)/M-Tren(2mg)

Good think my coach doesn’t let me do stupid stuff or I’d probably try it

Mine wouldn’t either! He’s strict!! 😂. Like can’t I just accomplish my goals drinking beer and taking a bunch of gear?!

Hahahaha I’m dying over this!! Like beer has carbs, why do I need rice?! I must say though my coach is pretty damn smart, broke everything down, put my ass in check and is helping me achieve my goals. But damn I miss food that tastes good, and not doing cardio

I just started with mine and he’s great. I thought it was time to bulk and he’s got me on a 12 week cut starting at TRT. 5 meals a day at more calories then I normally eat and weight’s falling off. But I agree, rice veggies and a protein gets old man!
