I'd like to say that Core Nutritionals Pump Non-Stim Cherry Berry is phenomenal, tastes like candy and the glycerol was beautiful to pump my shoulders on OH press day.
But.. I will never use it on a run ever again. My calves are pumped 1 hour later. -__-

I only take what I listed due to training fasted. Otherwise, my diet is plenty. Try not to put much time into focusing on the minutia of how much sea salt, Citrulline, water, etc someone takes for a pre workout. Just step back and look at the big picture of nailing and optimizing your diet as that is 99.5% of results.How much sea salt in how much water

It definitely does man. It gets old fastI just started with mine and he’s great. I thought it was time to bulk and he’s got me on a 12 week cut starting at TRT. 5 meals a day at more calories then I normally eat and weight’s falling off. But I agree, rice veggies and a protein gets old man!
