So wanted to add 25 mg of var for 6 weeks to my trt for the summer. I got bloods done and everything looked good minus the rbc and ferritin. Not sure why my ferritin would be that low. It's in normal range still but doesn't it seem low. I never have low iron when I donate blood it just my ferritin is always on the lower side.

I lasted donated in March. But now I'm not sure if I should cause that will prob drop it right. So asking if you think I should donate, start the var, or just skip the var.

I wouldn't donate. Numbers aren't that concerning. Run your var.
Im really gonna ramp up the cardio now and I've been slacking with my gallon a day. Also I pin my trt biweekly so gonna try EOD pins as well. I'll retest bloods in 4 weeks and see where I'm at then and see if I can push it another couple weeks or stop.

I agree with @Wardamn ferritin too low for a donation. Will cause more problems than it’s worth. 52 is not a concern unless other risk factors present.

3 days in and prob gonna come off. For some reason I been having jaw ache, arm bicep pain and chest discomfort. Not sure what's going on but I'm panicking. I have my physical at the Drs tomorrow so prob gonna have them run an ekg.
Whats your blood pressure running man? In any case dont panic, its not gonna help. Take it easy and stay calm. I know its not always easy tho.

Need Better hydration bro, up the water intake, and some cardio, should be fine.

Donating is just a bandaid anyways, and usually drive rbc production up even more. Kind of just a vicious cycle, and having crashed ferritin sucks.

And I get heart burn from var almost immediately, not saying that’s what your chest discomfort is, but wouldn’t be unheard of to have indigestion from var.

Also never hurts to just go get checked out bro. Especiallywhen it comes to chest pain with other symptoms accompanying it.

If it’s bothering you bad enough hit the er, get peace of mind.

Either way to me, chest pain thats unexplainable, always warrants a trip to the ER.

No sense in being a tough guy and waiting it out. Probally nothing tho.

Either way don’t panic, just go get checked out.

Maybe i am wrong but it sounds like its all in your head to me🤷🤷
For sure was haha. I had my yearly physical today so had her run an ekg. Vitals and everything else was solid. Instantly feel better so for sure was just anxiety and stress

Thanks man yea def was just anxiety and stress. Had my yearly physical conveniently today and had them do an ekg to check everything and everything looked good. Funny how immediately after I felt instantly better. So yes was all in my head I'm sure for the most part.

Side question been having some shedding before var. Not sure how much var is gonna impact that. Should I hop on car or dut? My wife is 8 months pregnant as well so not sure if I can take that around her or to just wait till after baby is born
