Is post cycle therapy (PCT) useful when stopping TRT? Lots of guys will say they use PCT to come off testosterone, and they’ve asked me about it in my practice. They key thing to understand is that men are taking much larger doses of T when they do steroids. Even though there’s no data of PCT, in this video I explain why it can be ethical to give men PCT to come off steroids, but also why it makes less sense for TRT. I also discuss the individual factors that effect men coming off TRT, and a strategy to do it effectively without PCT.
