I have done cycles in the past similiar to this one and usually do Nolvadex 40mg a day for the first week and the 20mg the following 3 weeks. Never had an issue or problem recovering natural levelz and always bounced back fairly quick. i am on my second week of post cycle and have just started to crash hard. No libido, low energy. It is very bad. i have letrozol on hand incase any estrogen effects occured during cycle but they never did. anyone have any advice? just keep riding out the pct and wait to recover? I have heard of people using an AI like letrozole during post cycle but wanted opinions on this

Did you get any bloodwork done or anything to work off of?
We need more information to help. How long was your cycle? What did you take? How long after your last pin did you start your pct?
 
I got my test checked before cycle but that is it as far as blood work unfortunately. My cycle was 12 weeks. First 4 weeks I took 25mg of dbol every day. And the entire 12 weeks I was on Test E 600mg a week and deca 400mg a week. My last pin was 4 weeks ago. I started my post cycle 2 weeks after my last pin

What exactly did you run? Length, compounds and doses? Did you use an AI such as exemestane? It's only been two weeks since your cycle ended, and unless you were running short esters, you should not be crashing.

Dbol for the first 4 weeks 25mg a day. Test E 600mg a week Deca 400mg a week. I had letrezole as an AI but experienced no side effects so didn’t use it.
