Since hopping on test 6-7 months back at 37, my consumption definitely increased.

I have had issues. More so in the past.

I make a conscious effort to abstain from porn bc it fucks with my head too much. Getting into kinks I never would have thought of otherwise.

And it makes real sex less enjoyable.

Plus if I’m jerking off too much it makes for shitty loads with her.

I guess technology has made it so accessible and easy to get. It can get real easy to rub one out before bed. lol.
