40 mins cardio.

Cruised through this workout. The deload feels good. Decent pump, not going to lie. Rechecking BUN and creatinine and also getting a cystatin c test as well next Tuesday. Coach is just making sure I'm good to go before starting a cut cycle.

It's definitely not as enjoyable.

I'm cutting now on 200mg test with 50mg proviron and not nearly as fun as a few months back when I got up to 700test and 500 primo.

So flat and weak lol
Yeah I just went through the same shit.. walking on the treadmill watching my gym buddy who was mid cycle was extremely difficult haha.
The only good thing for me was, able to control my appetite better on less gear. Cravings were not as bad at all.

Yeai just tore my bicep last week so no need to run anything right now until I get it fixed and recovered. Definitely missing the fullness and drive from the gear though.

@Ponygod, looking good brother. Get those kidneys in working order for sure though. Update us after labs next week. My gfr is always a good bit higher with the cystatin test, by the way. I'm gonna take a whole week completely off from weights before my next blood draw for kidney values too. I've had some big fluctuations in GFR this year so want to get as accurate picture as I can before jumping back into a cycle

Sorry to hear about your bicep man. That sucks..

Thank you man. Yes, I definitely will update here once I get them back. This deload I think will do wonders as I've been training hard for quite sometime with no deload. I've actually never done one before this lol. Yeah, my creatinine came back at a 1.4 and my egfr was a 68. But I know that can't be quite right. It will be more telling with a cystatin c test for sure.

My GFR was in the 90s beginning of the year then down around yours with the creatinine based test in July so I retested with the cystatin c test and it came back in almost 10pts higher, I think 78 or 79. Gonna see if I can get it back into the 90s ASAP

I started taking NAC and atragalus and chugging water. Hoping this does the trick for the gfr. Did you take a whole week off at the gym before testing?

No, I just ended the cycle and will retest later. The big drop, even though still in the normal range worried me enough to stop the gear but not training lol. I'll stay off for a while a take the week off before testing again soon

My cystatin c test came back at 0.62 mg/L. Reference range is 0.6-1.2 mg/L. I also wasn't fasted both times and bun and creatinine were still elevated after the deload. All previous bloodwork my bun and creatinine levels were in range. The cycle starts tomorrow!

Coach and me are doing a hard push to finish this cut. No more high days unless necessary.

I'm still here, I'm not dead. It just felt pointless to update my progress. Too busy with other shit.

Here's my first check-in with Coach to this morning. Progress is progress. No bullshit, no excuses, just putting the head down and doing the work. Coach guides me and I drive it home.

It's not fun trimming it all off. Shits annoying. I have a reason to do it now though lol. The wife told me she didn't understand why I needed to trim. Now she does and she loves it lol.

Yeah, no thanks. Just imagine, there are guys out there trying to pretend to be one too... 🤯
it truly made me appreciate what my wife goes through a bit more. having to shave your legs everyday would fucking suck. i can barely handle like once a month lol.
i do have to trim more, arms and back a little, but the legs take for fucking ever.

Be sure to hydrate before the test.

Hey man, awesome job on the progress so far! Dropping from 255 to 218 is huge. The consistency really shows. I’m excited to follow your log keep posting your training and updates. You’ve got the mindset, just keep dialing in the food and staying steady. Proud of you.
