Log Time ! Platinum has generously allowed me to give their very popular Tren A a run. Time to turn this dad bod into a rad bod. Thai place opened up behind the house, completely ruined me! That’s okay though, time to get things right again!

Following 8 weeks will be a very strict and disciplined Recomp. I’ll do my part and Platinums Tren will do the rest!

GOAL: Drop some chub, build some tissue, and document my experience with Platinum Tren A 125mg! Love the higher dose per mg. BIG TREN FAN, I like to eat! GAIN FAT SUPER EASY

TRAINING: Usually prefer PPL, but I’m very instinctual with training. Never fails I hurt my lower back or shoulder every other week.

Going to go along the line of
CHEST/TRI
BACK/BI
OFF
LEGS
SHOULDERS/ARMS
REPEAT
Definitely will change weekly

MEAL PLAN: Very easy for me to follow a strict meal plan, I eat the same things every day and prefer it that way. I will be carb cycling and removing the free meal I’ve been having with the family the past few months (the one making me fat)

Meal 1-Premier Protein Shake
Meal 2-2 whole eggs / Bob Evans egg whites ( I don’t measure this meal , just cook and eat)
Meal 3- Lean ground Turkey/ green beans
Meal 4- Lean ground Turkey / green beans
Meal 5- Premier Protein shake
Meal 6- 1 hour pre workout Turkey/rice ( rice amount will depend on body parts being trained that day )
GATORADE during workout
Meal 7- Post Workout, Turkey / sweet potatoes

That will remain constant during 8 weeks/ cycling carbs daily, I’m no expert on nutrition, I just enjoy clean food

GEAR: All injected EOD

Test E 375mg
EQ 300mg
Deca 50mg
PLATINUM TREN A 125mg 1cc

GH 3iu daily ( first time using and only 2 weeks or so in )

it’s been about 6 months since I’ve done any cardio or ab work , that will start MONDAY with this log,

Looking forward to the next 8 weeks

I will shoot for every Friday proper update pics with weight. I’ve never hit a proper bodybuilding pose in my life so cut me a break. Any feedback on training and diet will be greatly appreciated, I love to learn, knowledge is like money , we can never have enough of it.

Counted the macros , need to clarify I have not pinned any Tren yet, should be arriving in a few hours . Will inject first thing Monday

Cals- roughly 3000-3200 with rice meal bring 1 cup and sweet potato meal 2 medium
Fats - 102
Carbs- 200 with 1 cup rice/2 med SP
Protein- 364

I have been eating this way since 8/3im not starving which is surprising , I’ll keep it here if I continue to perform as well as I have , again any suggestion on nutrition I’d greatly appreciated

I didn’t plug it in but I eat roughly 2-3 handfuls of fruit a day ! Possibly way more ! I’m a huge fruit eater . Blueberries/grapes / any berries really . I couldn’t live without it . Was pretty disappointed when I read fletchers thread about Gatorade . I just started the Gatorade to help performance during the low carbs , so guess I’ll pick up some karbolyn and eat more berries pre workout lol I’ll figure something out . Never have done the intra thing ! I’m learning .

I’ll make sure to get some full body front and back pics up Monday. I’m not very large ( to my standards) but I’ve always been very dense and thick. I Repo for a living , have since a young kid . Looking large, strong and full as possible helps me a lot when it comes down to altercations , which happen often . Balancing that with not being a sloppy mess with my shirt off is a chore . I’m very critical of myself . Again it’s all good . I will pour every ounce of energy into the next 8 weeks and be the best ME I can create visually. I just love to train and feel the gear work . Nothing could replace that feeling for me 💪 wondering about my fat intake . If it should go up or down a bit ..

Gatorade intraworkout is fine! It makes it much easier to extent muscle endurance.

Alright Day 1 of the log , pinned the beautiful nectar of platinum Tren A 125mg right into the right quad. Like that first cigarette you’ve had in years after quitting. Nostalgic ! I was pretty careless with my site and speed 🤣 cough got me.

Platinum uses what I believe to be the clear silicone stoppers. BIG PLUS for me 👌 I’ve been having issues and have had issues in the past with the grey rubber stoppers! Very pleased with the clear tops.

I have been following the diet mentioned above for 4 days now, and it’s definitely working. Shedding water and losing weight already. Woke up 231.8 fasted. Excited to get things rolling. Big push session tonight and fasted AM physique pics as promised. I’ll do better on pics , was in a rush this morning. Pics of the 3 Turkey meals as well 💪

I’ve developed an obsession with leg days recently, they are slowly getting there ! My arm and calf genetics are trash but they can wait. Legs and lower lats are my focus this year. Gtta stay consistent, would love to start deadlifting again. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone but my lower back has been giving me shit BIG TIME!! It’s been 2 years since I pulled from the ground

Slight incline DB press (really deep stretch with slight hold on negative )
DB Tri French press
Pushdowns

20 minute walk on treadmill speed 3 incline 4%

Lungs aren’t used to this cardio yet, feels really damn good though

Shower, eat , work

The cardio gets easier quickly. It always makes me feel better like I’ve sweated out the poisons of life. 👍
 
Another stab down of the Nectar, smoother than a minnows tongue. Actually got some sweats last night, I ate my finally meal around midnight with 2 sweet potatoes. Crashes at about 4am and still damped the sheets a bit. Not very typical this early, or with no carbs pre bed. Tells me a week from now I’ll be sleeping on a beach towel.

Feeling very stimulated! Have not missed a beat on diet mentioned above! Following the plan step by step, I can already tie my shoes easier and see separation coming through. My belt was a little loose last night on Tbar rows. Bye Bye bloat, staying off the scale until Friday . Really not interested in that number, just what I see in the mirror.

-Medium mag grip low row
-Hammer strength pull-down Top set with drop
-TBar rows ( usually not a fan, but If I have a good pump going, I can connect and make them worth while )
-Smith Machine Deads ( saw Troy Alves do these, he swears it’s what built his lower lats and saved his lower back, I love them)
-Smith machine Shrugs

Wanted to hit biceps of course but back day I tend to take forever on , so scratched the bis and jumped on Incline treadmill walk for 20 minutes , very difficult for me to put the iron down just for cardio but I’m slowly understand the importance of it

Will be weeding out the junk volume to make sure my workouts are well rounded
