Back on the grind this morning.
Looks like we've got some back training today. My favorite training day.
After that, training a bikini girl and then a couple wellness girls are coming in for in person check ins and posing. Should be a great day.
Time to get in my breakfast/pre training meal of cream of rice, egg whites, whole eggs, blueberries, and black coffee.
@Montego I need your COR hack. Lay it on me brother. I'm always looking to improve all aspects.

It's great. Flavors are good, it's VERY affordable and it's not like eating sand, very fine powder

Finished up yesterday with 45 minutes of cardio after my final training session of the day. 20 minutes on the bike and 25 on the treadmill.
My dinner meal yesterday. Some tuna, shrimp, and air fried red potatoes.

I've "studied" the West side method a lot too and I thought there was plenty of rows etc. Watching the old videos tells a lot more than just reading imo. That said, the reading helped me understand what I was actually watching tho240 is stout for 5'9 brother.

Having SOMETHING (whatever it may be, makes you train smarter and more organized, therefore better IMHO)
I fell into a little rut myself a few months back. I was still enjoying the gym. However, I was doing standard BBing sets of 15-20, I'd mix in some power sets, maybe a 5(80% max) x2 or 3(85% max) x 2. However, I wasn't training for anything specific.
At that time, I was studying Westside Barbell and their method of training. I really liked it, but I also felt it lacked back compound lifts. I've taken their program and adapted it and it's working wonders. I'm on TRT, losing weight, and my #s are going up constantly. I know some is muscle memory and these increases in weight won't come as quickly relatively soon. My whole point is, I'm loving the gym right now and go in there with a well planned workout and change it up based on what my workout log says I've done over the past few weeks.
Maybe you don't need it, but if you do, I hope this log and show lights aunder your ass!!!

Woke up to the wife baking a fresh loaf of homemade sourdough bread. So I had to include that with my eggs, berries, and black coffee this morning.
Training wise for the day I've got an easy day of Bis, Tris, and cardio.
Then we might drop the boat in the water this afternoon and cruise. 🛳
