Training has been fantastic . Diet has been stellar but not in deficit. We had an out of town basketball tournament followed by a tragedy in the family, funeral following unfortunately. I’ve had access to a gym full time daily but didn’t want to be a pain in the ass on everyone being picky about food . So basically I’m 12 pounds heavier and jacked with abs 🤣 I can’t complain ., body soaked up all those new macros and food , I jacked the gear sky high and have been training like a animal . So basically a massive early rebound . Finally home and cutting macros back down slowly again to clean up a tad

Well those bottom 2 have slowly dissipated so I know what I gtta do ….. get back on track . Life has definitely been throwing some curve balls here lately but thankfully it’s not my wife and children . I’m completely sympathetic for those who directly endured the suffering. Definitely had to show my support , but at the end of the day . The 4 humans and myself under my roof is my main priority, so in that sense I have been blessed
 
Things are going good . Storm came through and ruined everyone’s week down here in big D . Replaced roof 3 days ago, rebuilt my brand new cedar fence yesterday, replacing French drain today. Lots of cardio cutting down trees 🤣 nature can be a cold bitch.

Food has been clean but high . I have used up all my platinum blend and altered my cycle a bit . Having fun and working on strength. I jumped off of GH for 3 weeks while I traveled a tad. Only 4iu, last week jumped back on and decided to jump to 6iu right off the back . Boy was that a mistake , I didn’t think it would affect me that bad . The edema in my legs was herendous , looked like water bags. I cut the dose back and have been eating diuretics like candy . Finally can walk and see my ankles so I’m super pumped about that 🤣
