Does anyone know of a good plastic surgeon in Wisconsin ? Decided to get the surgery and want to make sure I go with a good reputable Dr…

Hopefully that’s ok to ask here

Horselegs, he's a member here :)

Lmao if I don’t find a good dr soon then I’m about do it myself too… i cannot grow a pair of tits

The dr I talked to said that they can’t remove 100% of the gland because then the nipple/chest will be left indented… does that sound right? I tho got people on the boards keep saying you want a dr that will guarantee 100% removal

I graduated from the UW(Madison) and had a work study job at the UW hospital delivering files to doctors. After graduation I was moving to Los Angeles and I wanted my nose fixed before I left since it was fucked. I asked a couple of the doctors if they thought the plastic surgeons at UW were good for a rhinoplasty. Both of the doctors I asked said the same thing, the best plastic surgeons are in the top cities(LA, NYC, Chicago, Miami, etc.). That's where the money is and that's where looks tend to matter the most.

I ended up waiting til I moved to LA and went with a Dr. Nikolov in Beverly Hills. I paid up the ass (19K) but he turned my Owen Wilson nose into a flawless nose.

My advice would be to try the Chicago area especially the wealthy suburbs. Depending on where you are in Wisconsin, it shouldn't be a bad drive. As someone overly familiar with Wisconsin, why would a good plastic surgeon reside there? There's no money to be made. 95% of the people don't give a shit how they look. I left Wisconsin 3 days after I graduated college mainly because of the pigs and cows that reside there and I'm talking about the 2 legged variety not the 4 legged ones.

You don't want some below average to mediocre plastic surgeon. This could effect the way you look for the rest of your life. Most plastic surgeons now offer payment plans and even credit cards specifically for plastic surgeries so that should help if you don't have the money up front.

Good luck to you.

I can offer no help since I have never been to Wisconsin but I’m curious what you want to do

I met with a couple for gyno consults and they said that they don't take 100% of the gland because it can cause the sunken nipple look. I read that if it's not all taken then it can regrow but I also don't want to risk the sunken look

Yeah that’s exactly what they told me to. But that goes against everything the guys on the board say.

What I want to do? I want to have my gyno and glands removed. I’ve had some minor gyno since puberty but now I’ve got new growth on each side and just want everything gone. I have a consult next Friday to see what they can do.

I get what you’re saying, there is definitely more of a market for plastic surgery in other locations. We’re a bunch of toothless rednecks living in the sticks BUT that’s not everyone man. There’s obviously still a market for plastic surgery just not as big so I definitely won’t have as many options as if I were in LA or Beverly Hills, But you really think that ALL the surgeons here are shit? I mean the ones I looked into have great reviews

It depends how much muscle you have there. If you're a person with stage 3 or 4 gyno or "psuedogynocomastia" or just excess chest fat, if they remove all of the gland your chest will look weird. You will have "crater deformities." Some surgeons leave a little bit of fat to avoid this, other surgeons leave a little bit of the gland. If they leave too much of the gland, it can actually grow back, and then you're back to square one.

I suspect most of the board members are concerned with re-occurrence, which is why they recommend getting a surgeon that does 100% gland removal.

I will have to mention that to the dr when I have my consultation next week because that is obviously my #1 concern, that I’m gonna pay 7K for a surgery that doesn’t even correct the issue permanently

You probably won't get a flare up again provided you watch your E2. It's really unlikely ... unless you 100% stop working out, keep blasting, and don't do anything to mitigate E2. I think a worse outcome is being stuck with big dents around your nipples, but that's just my opinion.

Just realized that I didn’t say anything about gyno surgery in my op. Sorry for the confusion. Not getting a Brazilian Butt Lift… yet

Ya never know lol Maybe they have a 2 for 1 sale on gyno and Brazilian butt lifts lol

My surgeon removed 100% of the glands I had on both sides. If the surgeon is skilled the gland can be taken out 100%.

The best approach is to look for a board-certified plastic surgeon in Wisconsin, check their experience with the procedure you want, read patient reviews, and schedule a consultation to see if you feel comfortable with them.
