Plantar fasciitis ?

Sorry I don't have dosing suggestions. I'm not much on peptides. When I had it several years ago I tried special boots and inserts and it just made it worse. Stretching and time was all I had besides anti-inflammatory meds.

I had a cortisone shot about 30 years ago for it. I was just hoping the TB500 & BPC157 might help. But I guess I may end up getting another shot, those shots hurt lol.

Ouch man. I don't know how much it'd help, but 500mcg of each morning and night is typical.

For injuries the tb500 is ran higher, like 2mg EOD while bpc 1000mcg to 1500mcg daily.

Split if you can due to half lives. And good luck on subq spots down there! If not, belly it is.

Yeah, I don't think I could pin my feet myself.... yuck.

I had it in both feet a few years ago. Switched to the “barefoot” style shoe for a while (still wear boots during work hours). No cushion, let the foot spread out and flex like it’s supposed to. I wear wide toe box shoes now, still no (very little) cushion. Seems to work, not even a hint of pain for almost 2 years, and improved mobility, less stiffness.

As I sit here typing this, I have my slippers on with orthotic inserts. I had it bad about 23 years ago, and ended up going to one of those foot stores. They fitted me for orthotics, and that ultimately fixed it. It's come and gone since, and when it does, I just have to put my othotics in until it clears up. I just went through it again in my right foot, and when I get out of bed and my feet hit the floor, it hurts. So now I immediately put my slippers on when I get up, and that fixes it. For me, it's all about arch support, so I mostly wear Asics shoes as they have very good arch support.

Make sure you’re stretching your gastroc and soleus.

And your footwear is new.

Also look at things you might be doing that are contributing to it.

Doing an ice massage using an ice cup a couple of times a day can help too.
