Good morning everyone. Hope everything is well. I'm almost a month into my deca sustanon blast. I've been pinning every 4th day uve been on the schedule from the start but thinking about goin to every 3 days but idk. 200 deca 250 sustanon in the shots. Keep it the same or up it one day to every 3 days? What yall think? Ty in advance

To take advantage of the short acting esters in your Sust E3D would be optimal. But if its currently working and you are happy with your results thus far.....don't fix anything thats not broke.

Another question I don't have any aromasin only arimidex do I need to double up on my arimidex? I've been taking .5 the day after injection. I don't wanna tank my estrogen

I wouldn’t double up on the AI, if anything you might need less of it by pinning more often. Since you’re close to a month on, I’d make the e3d adjustment to your protocol then pull bloods at week 5 or so to see where you’re at with the AI you’re taking.
