Would these numbers go back to normal after blasting & back to trt? I was using around 4-500mgs tren ace-enanthate weekly along with 1gram cypionate & anadrol for last 2 months(100mgs) daily. I have recently(3 weeks now) dropped down to 500mgs of cyp only. This bloodwork was done on 2-9-26. Are my kidneys PERMANENTLY damaged?

You may want to cruise for a while. And I mean a while. 16 weeks minimum if it was me.

ALT (Alanine transaminase) and AST (Aspartate transaminase) are enzymes primarily used as biomarkers to detect liver damage not renal damage.

You’ll be fine! It’s normal with a Trenbolone/Anadrol cycle. I’ve seen much higher numbers! My numbers have always returned to normal.

The GFR should be above 90 & mine is 66. According to picture that is considered stage 2 kidney failure?

Im talking about GFR number that is 66. It says below in pic stage 2 kidney damage???

Did you train heavy before the blood test? that will raise creatinine. also were you properly hydrated?

I would wait a couple more weeks, then take two rest days, hydrate well, and try again. if the number is still in the 60s then you should see a dr but I doubt it will be.

also what was your blood pressure on cycle? high blood pressure will rape your kidneys so you should make sure you have that under control, especially if you are still on 500 test

Those are liver enzymes , not kidney

Don’t look too bad considering you were running Tren and anadrol.

Stay on test only. Add some Tudca and NAC Twixe a day and repeat labs in 4 weeks

Read below the ast & alt. It says GFR, ESTIMATED & THEN READ BELOW THE CHART

How does it compare to other bloods?
Age plays a role in it also.

Permanent damage to kidneys?

A GFR of 60 or higher is in the normal range.
A GFR below 60 may mean kidney disease.
A GFR of 15 or lower may mean kidney failure.

A good GFR (glomerular filtration rate) decreases with age, but for most healthy adults, a GFR above 60 mL/min/1.73 m² is considered normal, with values dropping gradually as you get older.

A GFR can influenced by factors such as increased muscle mass, reduced fluid intake and medications such as NSAIDs and ACE inhibitors. Do you regularly take NSAIDS?

Mine was in the 60’s after my last real cycle. I took 4 1/2 off AAS and it went up into the 90’s. Get bloodwork done again after cruising for a few months. You’ll be fine!
I did tren for a couple years non stop with dose averages of 700mg/week. You’ll heal. Just drop down to TRT(100mg/week testosterone), or if you prefer, go off AAS and do HCG and enclomiphene for a couple months.
I just checked my last blood test in December has it up to 104.
It’s gone way up just from taking a break and then adding TRT.

Amazing what the body can heal if you give it time.

The test you took is complete shit to give you an accurate kidney function assessment. I've been exactly where you are many times...the test you took uses blood creatinine to get an ESTIMATED rate of filtration. Creatinine can jump by several points in a single day based on how hard you've been working out, how hydrated you are, how much muscle you carry, supplementing with creatine... ON and ON.... The higher your blood creatinine levels, the lower your ESTIMATED EGFR. The test is GUESSING that your kidneys are not clearing your blood because of higher creatinine levels...NORMAL for muscular people....So, IF you really want to see more accurate assessment of your kidney function, don't work out for 1 to 2 days prior to blood test so you don't have a bunch of muscle tissue breakdown, hydrate by drinking several liters of water a day to start clearing out your system. Your piss should be clear (not yellow) going into your test. Don't take creatine for a few days minimum, and then get a Cystatin-C test with EGFR. On Ultralabtests.com I think its $68... If you want to see the jump up in EGFR, re-order your comprehensive metabolic panel that gives you a basic creatinine level and EGFR, If you're really hell bent.... you can get a urinalysis to check and see if you're leaking any proteins (kidney Damage)..... Chances are, you are fine. My numbers have been lower than yours and bounced back into high 90's...I could go levels deeper into this topic but until you get a Cystatin-C test on at least a few days rest it's not relevant. Last thing.... Your ALT / AST numbers are not alarming at all especially for running Anadrol / Tren. Those will clear up usually in a few weeks. There is a better test for liver function, but again... your numbers are not really bad so I won't go into it.

Ya stage 2 kidney disease it’s not near failure , you got a long way to go, my eGFR last time I did it was 44 I have stage 3b, you need to watch what you take from here on out so it don’t get worse, I take test that’s it, don’t eat frozen shit, fast foods, take care of it now so it don’t get worse

Im taking 500cyp weekly ONLY. What do you take a week dosage? What type of test?

What is you BUN/Creat. And what were prior values. GFR in isolation doesnt equate to renal disease. It is a calculated number based of creatinine. Things like age, muscle mass and protein intake call all throw this value. If it were anything it may be mild AKI which you should recover from if you give your body a rest, control your BP and back off the sauce a bit.

Last time I ran tren & anadrol was 20 yrs ago when I was 28.
Ive been running gear now since June of 2025 pretty heavy: 500-1000mg test weekly, some anavar at 20mgs daily for about month back in october '25. Then ran anadrol from Jan 14th to Jan 30th of this year. Now just running between 500mgs cyp weekly
