So, I finished a cycle of Test and Tren about 3-4 weeks ago and everything went fine, but my PCT was jacked as I accidentally dropped my bottle of clomid after about a week. The old nuts were coming back so I just said fuck it. I started to get itchy nipples about a week ago, so I started taking aromasin and it went away. I only had a couple doses, so I ordered some letro. The little bit of aromasin actually made it go away. I have been on letro for a couple days @ 2.5mg. I know it takes a while to get stable blood levels so I frontloaded it. One day I took 10mg of Letro. Don't do that again. Holy shit. Anyway, the tingling hasn't gone away with the letro and I really wish I would have bought more aromasin as it actually worked. What should I do, I have an appointment with the doctor on monday, but I will go to the ER if I have to. There isn't necessarily a lump, it is the actual nipple that is sensitive. The nipple actually is always hard. What to do? Not sure what other info is needed. Just let me know and thanks to all. Time is of the essence.
 
That doesn't sounds that severe, itchy nips with no lump isn't too bad. If the 19nors are out of your system (which it sounds like they are) I would actually recommend nolvadex. You'll get 2 benefits out of this: prevention of gyno, and additional stimulation of the hpta (you cut the clomid short)
 
This is interesting about the prolactin being gone. I don't know what it is, but it is weird that i got itchy nips did 2 days of aromasin and it got better. Then the letro arrives and I start taking it and then the gyno starts flaring out of control. I hate to sound so stupid, but I feel like maybe the letro is doing it. Should I be gain tissue by the day and crying on letro? Estrogen too low could cause this but if the nips still itch and are sensitive, then E can't be too low. Fake letro or bad reaction? E, E1, E2, Progesterone, Prolaction (probably not). I will not take letro anymore and Aromasin, Tamoxifen, and Prami are on the way. Is aromasin and tammy together stupid. It seems tam would block E that shouldn't be there from aroma. Prami just in case for Prolactin.

You never have to worry about embarrassment here, bro. I mean hell, I needed gyno advice not too long ago too, and I also thought it was a great idea to stick a ml of prop in one of my calves. My point? We are all learning, and everyone is at a different point on the curve, so never hesitate to seek advice no matter how dumb you may think it is.
 
ya, I knew better. At least I didn't say "so, I've got this friend who has a problem". Aromasin will be here in about an hour and the itching is getting pretty bad. So, is aromasin and tamoxifen together counterproductive.
 
So, I just received my aromasin and I took 12.5 mg since it can make you feel a bit weird if you take too much at once. I will take another 12.5 later. I hope this works because they are really irritated and so am I.
 
It is not counterproductive to take both tamoxifen and aromasin at the same time, but don't overdo it. If I was dealing with this, I would be running 12.5 aromasin/day, and 20mg nolvadex/day.
 
Ya, I'm just still tingling and worried it may be progesterone. Not sure. How long does it take for aroma to work. How long did it take for you to notice. I just want the tingling to go away. It consumes my every thought.
 
Sorry for so many questions but does tamixifen block progesterone and/or does progesterone convert via aromatase. I just want to make sure I have everything I need to stop this. I know whats done is done but I just want the shit to stop. If this isn't every man's nightmare, it should be. The meds have been out for weeks, it should just be simple estrogen, but I don't know enough yet.
 
As I stated in my other thread I started pram last night and am gonna take .25mg per day and aromasin

Aromasin 12.5 X2
Prami .25mg
Tamox not yet
letro not any more
B6 800mg
L-Dopa will quit soon

Hopefully the prami helps me soon it is still tingling and itching like a motherfucker with all that shit i'm taking. Should I add the tamox in the mix?

I was gonna say yes at 20mgs ED....but this maybe progesterone related right Chemical?
 
Ya, it could be progesterone, but if I am on aromasin, shouldn't the tamoxifen be countered by it anyway. Maybe I should add the letro back in, but my bones and head hurts so bad that my estrogen must be on the floor. I don't know if this helps anyone identify this, but the tingling goes away while I am asleep or is less, after I am awake about an hour it starts up again and is worse before I go to sleep. Don't know if that is normal for all types or not.
 
So, I add the nolva and letro in to the aromasin and prami and it seems to be getting more sensitive again. Nolva is pretty long acting, so I probably haven't even seen the royalties of tamoxifen yet, but the letro I swear makes it worse. I just can't take that shit anymore.
 
Drop that letro. It's obvious there's something wrong with it. Stick with 10mg nolva, with prami and aromasin and B6. You should be good within a week.
 
I agree. How messed up is that. Just shows you have to be careful.
 
If you have been following along, I want to put something in your head to think about. I did about:

700mg Test Prop / week
350 Tren Ace / week
50-75mg Dianabol / day

with absolutely no issues. I had aromasin on hand, but never needed it and had no gyno itching or tingling. Went into pct with basically nothing (a 7-10 day clomid). 3 weeks post pct I have this flare up. I know it's not the craziest of cycles, but a decent amount of aromatizable dianabol. I take aromasin and it fades away, then letro arrives and all hell breaks loose. What can you conclude about this information?

Your letro is shit.

I'd stick to at least a 2-week mini-PCT regimen. Take that aromasin for 2 weeks, tapering off.
 
I almost feel like there was estrogen or some other metabolite in my letro. I hate to hurt a company, but I would hate for this to happen to someone else too. I will be grateful if I don't need surgery. Anyone reading this, just stick to what works for you. I thought buying letro from a company that had good aromasin would be even better. For some reason this letro made it even worse. And the company I bought it from has been very good to me up until the letro, so be careful.

What company and brand was the letro from? Batch no. if it's listed?
 
I got it from PP as well as the aromasin. I have contacted them about the issue.

Now here's the problem: I started to get better, but last night it got bad again. The half lives of these drugs are so long it is almost impossible to tell what is doing it. I took letro 0.625mg on Saturday, so it's been 3 days.(2-4 day half life) That stuff takes a while to get out though despite it's half life. I have been taking aromasin since Thursday at 25mg/day. One day I probably took 50. I took tamoxifen at 10mg/day on Friday and Saturday. It's half life is 5-7 days according to wiki, so it could be aggravating the progesterone receptors. This really sucks. I was getting better. I won't take the letro ever again. It almost seems like the more medicine I use to suppress estrogen, the more the gyno flares up.

I am attaching a table if that helps, it may not be viewable.

I am thinking of adding the nolva in as that may have been what helped me, but I don't want this to get any worse. As you can see by the chart it is complicated due to the half lives. Something is really jacked about this. The prami doesn't seem to help. I really just need my bloodwork back. So, should I add the nolva? 10mg shouldn't hurt too much.

Contacting PP won't do you much good, because if you say you were taking the Letro, and not using it for lab research purposes, they will likely just point out that it is not designed for human consumption. In terms of what is actually wrong with the Letro -- that is anyone's guess.

Can you be a little more specific with what you mean by "it got bad again"?

You should be getting labs back soon right?
i would keep with the aromasin til then. I'm willing to bet the Nolva did help judging by your posts.... But until your labs you don't know exactly what your dealing with.
Letro you have sounds bunk.
 
GSR - nipple area has become more inflamed as well as lats. Being in a car really sucks. I thought the prami would have done it.

Dath - Labs I think are done at my doctor's office, so they should be in this week. As long as progesterone isn't the culprit, I will start the Tamoxifen.

Chocolatemalt - I have no idea. I would go for the tablets.

Really though, is there any estrogen related molecule that letro makes worse? I did have painful joints and feel like shit on the letro, it just seems to have made it worse.
 
So, I called the doc and they are taking their sweet time. I would like to add the tamox in, is this bad? I know the answer already, progesterone.
