Guys, I got pulled over Saturday and I had forgotten about a 2 year old ticket. Went to jail for almost 3 days. Had to pull together 800 bucks to get out

This happened to my father 10 years ago. He had a ticket from the 90s that he paid but didn't get credited in the system. Somehow he was able to renew his license, register his car, and insure it. He got pulled over on a Friday and had to sit all weekend.

I'm fighting the manner which I was pulled over. I was actually out of my vehicle walking into a store and the cop said I had a brake light out....if I was in park and out of the car how could he know that....plus, it isn't even out. Really odd. My kids have been in trouble in our town and I was in her car. Think it was a target and cop lucked onto an old citation I simply forgot

Bummer he didn't have the receipt to show he paid it. Parking tickets are a scam.

That’s going to be an easy case. Your lawyer will eat the officer up when the cam footage shows that.

What type of officer does that I know a lot of cops and they never pull people over even if you had a light out.
