I occasionally watch his training vids and I appreciate his intensity and candor. Has anyone watched him before? I only know him as Paul 350mg. Watching his vids made me realize better what going to failure looks like. Some may enjoy so I’ll share it here.

I follow him on IG. Just cool to see someone who is clearly juiced and openly admits to it. Reminds me of piana a bit

But he constantly gets suspended and shadowbanned on IG

Awesome I’ll have to check out his IG. I wasn’t lifting when Piana was around. A shame, but from the online tributes I’ve seen with his footage, I can see some similarity. Just sharing his thoughts as he lifts.
