I'm new to forums, not new to the game. It's been about 15yrs since I've really got on a cycle of any kind. At 42 weights don't go up the way they use to. I'm 250 lbs. I bench 315 for eight reps. I squat 405 for 4 reps. Dead lift 495 for 2 reps. My problem is I've been stuck there for almost a year. I do different exercises and cant get past that hump. My goal is to cut body weight, lean up and get stronger at my age. " I want to be 26 again" What stacks would get me there? Any insight would be helpful. Thanks;)

Test e at 500mg for 12 weeks would be a nice start again imo

Welcome aboard. A simple volume/routine change may be all you need to push past the local gym rats.

You already bench more than me hahaha

Welcome! Know the feeling. I wanted to go from 97.5kg to 100kg bench, it took me 7 months for that 2.5kg.
Annoying beyond belief. Now i'm at 120kg clean after i came over that bump.

Muay thai and no gym (except some fun lifting now and then) for 8 weeks was my solution. Have a mate that want to squat 200kg and is stuck on 180..ish....

He goes on a 8 weeks schedule that incl squating 6 set 4 rep every second day first week and 6 set 2 rep the other week for 8 weeks straight. Yesterday was 140kg 6 set 4 rep. IT HURTS!!!! That should do the trick
in most exercises i guess. Weight between deppends on ur current strenght. Can find it for you if you want.

For juice, well... you have ALOT! I'm joining a test E, tren A cycle now :) Keep your diet and that should be enough as i understand it.

Welcome, If you do your homework here and read up on the stickies...the answers that you need will be right before you.

Old man!! Haha j/k. Welcome aboard. I'm 26 and those are some pretty respectable numbers. Run about a gram of test and 6 or 800 mg deca together for a few months and boom. You'll be shittin all over most everybody at the gym in no time. :D

I'm new here too so I will be watching these post for some good information. I just hit the big 50 so I feel ya on wanting to be 26 again. I'm trying to convince my joints they are not 50 yet. Kind of a hard sell! Other than having 8 more years on my frame I am in about the same boat you are in. Good luck on here!

Those are some REAL natural max looking numbers to me. Looks like you've actually hit your genetic potential (which is what most should do before starting aas anyway) so try some test to get that ball rolling again man. Since it's been quite a few years since your last cycle your strength and mass would have dwindled done to your genetic max over the years.
Welcome.

At 42 a lot doesn't go up like it used to. I'm also 42 so I know lol. Welcome!

If you want to turn back the clock, peptides is the way to go imo. Im 42 and look 29.

Lots of good threads about peps bd. Let me know if you need help. JWGibbs and Christean are extremely knowledgeable as well
