I'm new to forums, not new to the game. It's been about 15yrs since I've really got on a cycle of any kind. At 42 weights don't go up the way they use to. I'm 250 lbs. I bench 315 for eight reps. I squat 405 for 4 reps. Dead lift 495 for 2 reps. My problem is I've been stuck there for almost a year. I do different exercises and cant get past that hump. My goal is to cut body weight, lean up and get stronger at my age. " I want to be 26 again" What stacks would get me there? Any insight would be helpful. Thanks



Keep your diet and that should be enough as i understand it.
