My weight is barely going down. I wonder if I take one of my oatmeal packets at breakfast and move it to before workout meal if it would aid in weight loss?

Right now, I eat two packets of oatmeal and five eggs every morning.

Chest went well last night. Put up 275 for 5 reps and was able to put up 100’s for 4 reps at the end of the workout. I tried putting up 100’s a few weeks ago in the middle of my workout and I failed, so the Anadrol is doing something!

Weight 185.

I skipped 2 meals this weekend and my weight is finally going down. Apparently I have not been in a calorie deficit at all this month. So I cut some carbs from breakfast and I will cut some from dinner and see how it goes. Other then that, lift have been going well. I still put up 100’s for a hard 5 reps. I really need to get my right tricep to grow more. That is what’s holding me back on these presses. I think my left arm could put up 105’s but my right side is just weaker.

183.8 this morning.

Weight is finally starting to drop. I dropped half my carbs in the morning and ate less rice. Crazy how it took me a month of being stale before so I dropped weight. I should have dropped calories sooner lol.

Had a fajitas, chips and salsa and Dr Pepper as a cheat last night. Weighed 184.7 this morning.

Chest tonight. Might pop 2 Anadrol’s tonight and see how I feel.

Haven’t trained all week due to race car stuff, but I did get most of my blood markers back. The testosterone seems legit!

I think I am going to change things up. Since I don’t really wanna be on tren too much longer, I think I will bump the tren and mast a bit more and drop the test and see how that goes.

I finally got my Estradiol back and it’s 89. I was taking aromasin eod at a half dropper each time. I lowered my test to 400 ish and plan to up the tren to 400 and mast to 300 for this cut before summer.

Arms last night.

I dropped my carbs to 220C, which came out to around 2660 calories. Still getting 220 protein a day.

I now have carbs around workouts.

Man 180 is my goal weight started back in september at 235 down to 192 now. Just started my summer cycle 500 test,300maste, 200 deca. this will be a 12week deal withsome tren a in the last 4 weeks after stopping the deca. Ive been calorie restricted for good while now and it seems to improve weight loss if i have a cheat week here and there. My daily calories are 1467 kinda hard to stick right now, fat is 36grams also hard to stick to, making me want to work harder watching your progress.🦾👍

I appreciate it man! Holy 1400 calories!! I don’t know how I would do on that low of food lol. I have been lowering my calories for the last month and I finally have dropped low enough for the scale to drop . This morning I weighed 181. It took going from 3400 calories to 2400 calories to see the scale drop. My goal for the rest of the year is to get as lean as ai can stand. I still feel fat and be abs are barely visible. We’ll see how I look when I get to the lower 170’s.

Weight 181 this morning.

Only thing I ate yesterday was 5 eggs, 1 English muffin, meatball sandwich, 1 rice cake with peanut butter and jelly and a 30 gram protein drink. I’ve been watching a lot of YouTube videos that put me into reality where I really had to drop at least 1000 cal deficit before my weight starts to drop. I just wish I would’ve dropped calories sooner instead of wasting all of April in my cut.

Shoulders tonight.

Here’s my diet as of this week.

Meal 1- 5 eggs
Meal 2-chicken wrap (5 oz chicken breast)
Meal 3-chicken wrap
Meal 4 rice cake with peanut butter and jelly ( pre workout)
Meal 5- salmon and 2 cups of rice.

I crashed yesterday around 4 pm . Good thing it only lasted an hour. I hope it’s just a 1 time thing. I added clen in this week. I feel pretty good through out the day until the late afternoon. Maybe I will try to push meal 2 out some more.

I dropped my doses some since the cut300 sucks to pin. Test is 425mg, tren 300mg, mast is 200mg.

I plan to pin 250 test over the summer and cruise once I get a little leaner.

I fasted this weekend and my weight dropped a bunch. I was eating on big meal around lunch that was probably 1500ish calories. Life got busy and I was out of the gym for 5 days too. I feel smaller, so hopefully getting back in the gym will pump me up some lol

Did chest the other day and surprised I still felt strong . I feel small and I don’t stretch out my shirts anymore. Hitting back tonight. I’m down 14lbs from my peak body weight. I just hope I don’t loose strength and muscle in this cut . My abs are slowly showing. I plan to shave this weekend and I will snap a picture of how I am coming along . I’m just in test and mast right now and I think I only have a few more weeks of mass”t before I run out. Then I will be just on test around 250mg week for the summer.
