Pinned 15/37 units last night. There’s a little pain, but only when you think about it. I have been noticing on clen my heart rate is pretty high. Like resting is 115 ish and if I do any activity it jumps to 140 pretty easily. I think I need to add in another carb in the day. In Tuesday I had Wendy’s for lunch and also in Thursday to see if I would notice a difference in the gym of being fuller. It’s been a pain to get into the 160’s without cardio.

Pinned 15/35 on Sunday and it hurt all day Monday, then the pain lessened Tuesday. It was weird that it went away so fast. Sticking with 15/35 for a bit until I try to go higher.. I’m also thinking of going with a longer needle, I think my 1/2 is some of the issue I have with pain and lumps. I used to use 1” back in the day .

I got a longer syringe , so 1” instead of 1/2 . I injected 1/2 mil of cut300 by itself to see if anything changes. So far no pain! Maybe I can start to ramp this up!

Yesterday my body was on fire. My wife said I was even too hot to touch . I felt like an inferno all night lol. Guess that added bit did something . I think I should have cut in the winter, this Texas heat is a killer!

Skipped a shot on Friday and Saturday. Took 3/4 ml today. Had chest and did pretty well. Was happy to incline 225 for 5 reps . For reference I barely did that weight high 180’s and now that I weigh 171 I can still lift it. I’m trying to stay leaner and go up in weight every week. The weeks I can’t lift more , I just focus on pushing more blood and do more sets to fatigue my chest .

Weight 169 yesterday. Did chest Friday, arms Saturday and will do legs this morning. I’m at 487mg for the week. I lost some strength the last few weeks being sick and those hiccups had me feeling bad, so trying to make it up in the coming weeks with added carbs.

I have not followed this log closely. If you've been on cycle since December maybe it's time to TRT for a few months.

I have not followed this log closely. If you've been on cycle since December maybe it's time to TRT for a few months.

I was on trt doses from December to May. Then it seemed like it continued with the cut300, since it took 11 weeks to inject 2ml a week. I lost strength these last few weeks with the hiccups and getting sick last week. So I figured I would up my carbs a bit and actually add some decent test this time . Start at 500mg and go from there. Then come January or so, cut back for the summer again .

I started to add in carbs again. I need to grow my next summer. My test weekly is around 500-750 . I really hope this h&b test is legit, since I don’t feel any different in the last few weeks of upping my dose. I’m just not sure on how much carbs I need to grow without getting fat from too much?
