Thanks ! You are one of my longtime friends of forums and I still am super impressed with the physique you built , I was surprised at your age...you looked better than a lot of young lifters; your son Too! I will PM you. I just started my Bulk(2 weeks prep) and Week 1 is coming to a close. Anyhow, I have planned to do two “Bulk & Cut” blasts through 2022 and am very particular about compounds/brands.
