Just started a cycle of NPP. Recommend dose is 400-600 mg/wk but it’s only dosed at 100 mg/mL and says to only dose twice a week. 2-300 mg of solution is a lot to dose at one time. Can anyone explain to me why this is or anyone with experience with it. I’d appreciate it!

Equal amounts 3x a week MWF or every other day to get the desired dose

If you wanted MWF dosing, 1.4ml would come out to be 420mg total.

Every other day, 1.2ml would put you around 420ish I think

Pin 1.5cc eod (MWF). That would give you 450mg a week.

I used to think this too about test prop but apparently once blood levels stabilize after a couple weeks it's not an issue. I couldn't feel a difference with the prop, so I'm sure the PP being a longer ester than prop should be fine and not inhibit gains, etc.
 
i think in your other post u said u were running 500 sust? i agree w/joker. just pin the npp 1.5 ml M/W/F. put u @450 wk. you can always adjust if u need too. I would mix it in w/sust. to cut down on your # of pins. good luck bro!

This is just not true. You rely way too much on what you're reading, dont over complicate things man
 
1.5 MonWedFri is totally fine regimen.. All these folks using daily and eod injections for "stable blood” are overthinking it.

Its what I learned from a friend who’s an IFBB Pro 212 and it works. Been doing it for so long and have never seen these large dips you refer to. Seems like most others do this too. You are allowed to disagree.

I appreciate the discusssion everyone it’s given me a lot of insight. A good friend of mine said he pinned 100 mg ED for 8 weeks and got some amazing gains. Aside from being a lot of pinning, do you think I should do that or EOD or does it just come down to just preference? Since I am running 500 mg/wk of sust (250 mon and thurs) I would be mixing the NPP with sust on those days and doing 100 ED as well. Thoughts and input would be much appreciated!! Thanks brothers!! 💪🏻

500 test and 700 nandrolone is asking for problems IMO. If I were going to run NPP that high Id go at least a gram on the test. Of course, some guys can get away with it fine. Id have a dopamine agonist on hand at the very least.

I’ve pinned short esters like NPP and tren ace M/W/F and eod. To be honest, I haven’t noticed much of a difference. I too fall into the pin eod to keep it stable trap sometimes. But not sure it makes that much of a difference

72 hours is just about the half life of PhenylPropionate.
It just makes makes more sense to do it eod or even ed is my point.
Being at half the active life is what I determine a "dip" to be.
Others may disagree and I respect their opinion as well (Rbird/Monte)

What do you think about 750 of sust (250 mon, wed, fri) and 100 mg NPP ED?
 
you’ll notice more of a “dip” from the proper meals you obviously skip than the gear you dont skip
 
I hate to be a dick but I am gonna be, I think you (OP) need to do more research, understand what you are doing, putting in your body etc before doing this cycle. Based on your questions my assumption is you don’t. With all the kindness.

Based on this last question you are Samsung if you should take 750 mg Test and 700mg NPP a week. That would not work in my book. Some like test higher and some like NPP higher. Research and going slow helps you get there

True, NPP is about a 3 day half life and prop is a 2 day. If you do your Friday pin at night and the next one Monday morning you can minimize the gap. And/or you can also just pin a slightly higher amount on Friday say 25-50mg more to help sustain your levels until Monday. M-W-F is just way easier to keep up with and a nice break from pinning. If you can ahere to a strict EOD schedule more power to ya, it probably is optimal but I doubt your actual gains will be noticeably better.
